Rent for season, great house, new, with 3 bedrooms (1 suite), bathroom, living room 2 environments, washed, external bathroom, swimming pool, garage for 5 cars with automatic gate. Swimming pool, barbecue, pizza oven, ping pong table. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and a fan in the TV room, 2 refrigerators, microwaves, household items and the possibility of up to 12 occupants. We rent only to Families.

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa se melhorasse estragava, casa linda maravilhosa tudo muito bem organizado igual as fotos tem todos utensílios de cozinha tem três quartos todos com ar condicionado Uma piscina maravilhosa bem ampla espaçosa perto do centro padaria mercado. Simplesmente tudo perfeito E o proprietário muito atencioso muito obrigada

Adoramos esta estadia. A casa é otima, super limpa e espaçosa. Tudo funcionando corretamente e tem uma linda área externa, fica a alguns metros do centro e é bastante silenciosa e reservada. Tem um quintal de bom tamanho. Esperamos voltar em breve. Obrigada

Casa fantástica. Nem dá vontade de ir embora.

Eu e minha família tivemos oportunidade de alugar no periodo do natal. A casa é extremamente aconchegante e planejada em todos detalhes para proporcionar uma ótima estadia. Os quartos tem ar condicionado novo , sendo dois inverter,o que reduz muito os ruidos. As camas são novas e confortáveis. A sala não tem ar, mas os ventilador de teto supre as necessidades com conforto. A sala de jantar tem uma mesa bem grande para refeições em familia e na parte esterna ,tem uma outra mesa excelente, onde ceiamos. A cozinha é completa . Na área de serviço tem uma ótima maquina de lavar. A área de lazer é excelente,com piscina com degraus largos,onde as crianças também se divertem. A churrasqueira e forno são novos ,com um ótimo balcão e pia para apoio,alem de uma ótima geladeira. Quanto a região ,o bairro é bastante tranquilo e seguro. A cerca elétrica e portão automático garantem segurança também. Não tivemos nenhum problema durante a estadia.O mercado fica bem perto. Uns 300 metros e tem de tudo. O centro também fica nesta distancia. Gostei muito do imóvel, porque não parece aquelas casas de veraneio mal cuidadas. Pelo contrario,me senti em casa e com vontade de voltar mais vezes. O proprietário e a pessoa responsável da entrega das chaves ,são extremamente atenciosos. Recomendo muito este imóvel e espero voltar em breve.
