Second Stay Better Than First

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We returned to Family Tides for a second year and were not disappointed in our stay. Each morning we rose early to catch the sunrise on the beach. Our exploration of the area focused South this year, down Old Oregon Inlet Road and beyond. There are beach access points along the way that provided opportunities to bring the dogs and search for seashells. We also visited Bodie Island lighthouse, which is a few miles away. The private beach access is a short walk from this home and we went several times a day. The house is comfortable and has everything we need for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is well stocked, there are baby gates, patio furniture, and beach furniture readily available. We hope to return next year.

Great location!

This house is spacious and just a short walk to beach access, a few houses down. There was a broken window latch and a ceiling fan that wasn't working, in arrival, but were very quickly fixed, after being reported. Highly recommend!
