Just what we were looking for

Cozy studio close to Siam (amazing food) lift 7, easy walk to town, for Brown Dog Pizza (a must each trip) and the gondola. Galloping goose picks you up right out front on Colorado, if you are not a fan of lift 7, dropping you off at the gondola. Bed was comfortable, which is one the most important items to me in a rental. We highly recommend this studio.

Affordable and Close to Lift

Telluride is normally very expensive but this is one of the few that is relatively affordable. You get a little more than you would in a hotel room but is pretty cramped. Kitchenette has two burners & microwave but no oven or dishwasher. Queen bed is comfortable. They just put in a new router which was good for cell phone and internet on computer but ran pretty poorly on TV streaming. Just a small heater with weak fan that takes 4-6 hours to warm up unit in winter. Chair 7 is about a 5 minute walk away. Overall works fine as a bed and shower with good lift access but don’t expect more than that.
