Great Victoria Views

We went to the Horizon Suite the last week of May. We were greeted by Rod and Melissa at the suite with a wonderful fruit basket and some breakfast items which was great. The Suite is just beautiful on the 19th floor with the most amazing views. We saw absolutely the most beautiful views including snowcapped mountains every morning and the seeing the Parliament Building and all the city lights at night was a great highlight too. We loved the location because we could walk to everything. Beacon Hill Park is just absolutely beautiful and going to the Harbor to walk around is great. There were so many different types of beautiful flowers everywhere. Everyone we met in Victoria were so friendly and helpful throughout our whole trip. Taking the ferry over to Salt Springs Island was a wonderful day. We loved Willie's Bakery for breakfast and lunch and loved Irish Times for the great chowder and great reuben sandwich. Fisherman's Wharf is within a beautiful walking distance and is great for the Halibut and chips and seeing the floating homes. If you have a rental car, take the trip to Oak Bay and Beyond and stop and see Oak Bay Village. We would highly recommend staying here.

City Life Suites

We stayed at the Horizon Suite for one week in late September 2015. The suite is very well equipped and furnished including excellent wi-fi. The views from the 19th floor are unbelievable. Check-in and check-out was easy. Rod even left some fruit and other starter items for us. Rented accomodation does not come any better than this suite. Our thanks to Rod and Melissa.

From the excellent listing, to the initial phone call and set up, to the meet and greet and settling in, to a week in the spotless and lovely accommodation with stunning views and walking distance to everything, we were treated royally and had a superb time. Cancellation Policy
Our reservation and cancellation policies must be more restrictive than a large hotel since a cancellation is very disappointing to both the guests and to us as, in most instances, we will have turned away other guests who would have reserved the apartment for your dates.
Our cancellation policy states that, "should you fail to use your confirmed reservation, we reserve the right to retain all funds received as liquidated damages until the unit is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period. If the latter occurs we will retain a $100 CAD administrative fee."
We recommend you consider trip cancellation insurance to protect your vacation.
We are required to charge taxes on all reservations. If your stay however is one month plus one night (or more) taxes are exempt.
