About this property

Panoramic Cliffs Retreat

This home is conveniently located in picturesque Garfield County and is just 35 minutes from Bryce Canyon and 50 minutes from Zion National Park. There are beautiful pink cliffs that serve as the dynamic backdrop for this home and is very private as it sits on a 300 acre ranch. Access to UTV and ATV trails right from the house on and off the property. There are hundreds of miles of trails to ride or mountain bike. The fishing in our ponds is an experience. Currently it is stocked with rainbow trout that are between 5 & 7 pounds. It is catch and release only and artificial bait and barbless hooks only. Enjoy visits from the local wildlife. To see turkeys, rabbit's, deer and elk is common. Just minutes away there is stream fishing on the Sevier River and the Mammoth and Asay Creeks. Located nearby is the famous Panguitch Lake that is known for its great lake trout and stunning scenery. This home is the ideal location for family reunions and has the option of camping on the beautiful lawn that overlooks two gorgeous ponds. The home has full hookups for an RV and plenty of space to roam while seeing various forms of wildlife such as deer, elk, turkeys and more. The best part about this home is that it is relaxing and quiet. Most of all is the experience. There really is nothing like it. Come create some wonderful memories and have an experience you will never forget.

Wonderful place in a perfect location
We were in Utah to visit the national parks. This home was a great place to be a base for visiting Bryce Canyon, Zion and several state parks and monuments. The home itself was very roomy and very clean. Little things like comfortable beds and nice towels made our stay feel luxurious. There was plenty of seating for a much larger group to gather and two dining areas. It had a very nice kitchen with modern appliances. They also had a modern washer and dryer that we used since we were mid-way in our trip. We had a couple with a motor home and they had hookups for them, also! I would highly recommend this home for its comfort, cleanliness and it’s peaceful, natural setting.

Fantastic!
This turned out perfect for us. Within five minutes of showing up and walking out into the backyard, I saw mule deer coming out to feed around the pond. I several does, younger bucks, and two mature bucks. Of course we saw the rabbits who must hang out in the backyard too. The house is very spacious, and the bed in the master BR is a master piece of old pine- a very special piece. The house is well stocked with everything you need. We loved the solitude. Awesome stay! Would love to come back and stay longer next time!

we enjoyed being off the main road. i would gladly stay here again. the only issue was finding the house once we entered the side roads. we talk with Bill ( the owner) and was able to locate the house. the ytube video should be updated, its was easy to access once we made the right turn off.

My wife and I and five girls really have enjoyed this home as it was a place that I grew up on and our girls have had the same opportunity to do so as well. They are outdoor enthusiasts and love spending time there. We currently live in Lindon Utah and try to get down to there as often as occasion will permit. We decided that since we can't be down there more often that we would open this home for others to enjoy and hope that your experience is one that you will never forget.

Why they chose this property

This is a family home that my father built but unfortunately lost his battle to cancer before he was able to really enjoy it. Our family grew up on the land that this home sits on where formally there was an old deer hunters cabin that we built once stood. There have been many fond memories growing up here and we really enjoy how relaxing it is to come and stay and at the same time there are plenty of things to do. There is Hunting, fishing, ATV riding, hiking and seeing the sights such as Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks.

What makes this property unique

There is the national parks to visit, ATV & UTV trails to ride right from the home. There are unlimited trails on and off the property to see. Get a part of Bryce but not in the park. Fishing in our local ponds and at the river. All kinds of wildlife to enjoy such as deer, elk and turkeys. It is away from the hustle and very peaceful and relaxing. The views are amazing including the pink cliffs to the east.
