Comfortable flat in a condominium very close to the beach (50 meters) with total security:

Maresias is a beach that has clear and very blue waters. Beautiful swimming pool in the condominium for guests and a common barbecue area, with 3 barbecue grills available. You will really love it

Flat muito bem localizado, organizado, pertinho da praia, condominio fechado com segurança total. Ótimos anfitriões.

Flat arrumado e

Passei o ultimo ano novo nesse Flat e foi ótimo: a atenção e disposição dos proprietários, a localização super próxima da praia e a tranquilidade e serviços disponíveis no condomínio. o Flat é o ultimo, o que é ótimo pois não há passagem de outros moradores em frente e garante um pouco mais de privacidade. As fotos são exatamente como a realidade (lembrando que como é um flat = 1 andar com um mezanino). Banheiro espaçoso e tudo muito limpo e arrumado. Utensílios de cozinha suficientes para passar dias (fiquei 7 dias e não senti falta de nada). O condomínio apenas que é um pouco rigoroso e pra quem pensa em viajar com amigos e curtir musica alta 24hr/dia talvez não seja a melhor opção. Há regras quanto a quantidade de pessoas, uso da piscina e barulhos em determinados períodos. Único ponto 'negativo' é a distancia com o centro de Maresias, que da pelo menos 30min andando, então, sair a noite para jantar ou dar uma voltinha para comprar o café da manhã dependia de um carro.
