Cozy, comfortable and will exceed your expectations!

The house exceeded my expectation. Was in town for a 2 day golf tournament. Was lucky enough to find this gem located less 10 minutes from the course I was playing at. It’s in a very good location. There are plenty of restaurants, as well as the North Star Mall, within15 minutes of the house. I definitely will be booking every year for this annual golf tournament as well as any trips I take to the San Antonio area.

Great Budget Rental!

I take my family of 6 on yearly vacations to this great city. Every year keeps getting more and more expensive with the food, lodging, and transportation. I'm glad we found this place that fit our budget and was within driving distance to all the places we visited during our stay. The place was very clean and organized, it is located within quick access to major highways. Just the right size for our needs and the family loved it because it sure beats being pent up in a small hotel room. Our host Darryl was very helpful and accommodating, upon our arrival he guided us through the house and explained where everything was. About 15 minutes of him leaving we were having problems turning on one of the television sets and he did not hesitate to drive back and resolve the issue for us. We are very thankful for allowing us to spend a couple of nights at his place, I'm sure we will return again very soon!

Great hosts, very clean and everything stated on the site is exactly what you'll get and more.

Trustworthy owners, very nice stay. What they say the property is/has for your stay is exactly what you will get. Very nice owners. The idea of "use a little, leave a little" is so verrryyy helpful. Thank you to the owners!

My wife and I are both veterans and have traveled all over the world. We have a very nice and cozy cottage that we want to share as an option over a hotel room. It is in a great location and is convenient to major highways and stores.
Feel free to ask me anything. I want your stay as comfortable as possible.

Great little cottage in a great location for an incredible price.

What makes this property unique

There is a Walmart, Grocery store (HEB), Nail Salon, Pizza, and CVS within a 5 minute drive. There is a library, park, Frisbee golf, and walking trails with in a 5 min drive.

You have access to washer, dryer, appliances, pots and pans as well as spices, there is a water machine that we use for the Kuerig coffee machine etc.

If you do not want to wash dishes, guests usually purchase paper products.

We have the policy to take a little and leave a little with stuff in the pantry.

If you are staying longer than a week we have a house cleaner that I can provide at an upfront cost to the guest. Just let me know if you are interested.
