Casa Panorámica on Lot 19 of San Juanillo estates, was built by 3 friends who truly love this area of Costa Rica! Being that we were building a home together, it was important to us that we create a space that took advantage of the unmatched views, and where up to 3 families can be on vacation together and still have privacy.

Costa Rica certainly does have a lot to offer. We're not saying that a rafting trip down the pacuare, or a visit to Arenal isn't also something we plan with our friends, but this area of Guanacaste is like being in the Wild West of Costa Rica. Being from an active health conscious place like Colorado, one seems to feel just as at home here by the sea as we do in our mountains back home. This place is for those willing to brave the dirt roads to get to the private pearl bay beaches and tranquil atmosphere that we could only find here in Guanacaste. Pura Vida!

Nosara is the closest surf-town which in our opinion is one of the better developed areas for food, sustainable minded beach goers, and a healthy lifestyle.
