Parents or a legal guardian travelling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (for example, a passport) at check-in. The apartment is very well located, within walking distance to public transportation (train/subway and bus), one car garage, close to Transamerica ExpoCenter, Citibank Hall, Interlagos Speedway, Lollapalooza, Santuário Theotokos (Padre Marcelo Rossi), Sam's Club, Shopping Centers, and more. The apartment was entirely renovated, is fully furnished, very modern and comfortable for two people.
