Completely renovated 3 bedroom. plus sleeping loft, 3 bath home available for weekly or monthly rental in Monmouth Beach, NJ. Home has an open floor plan, granite kitchen island with seating, dining table for eight, two 50' flat screen TVs with Verizon FIOS. Sleeping includes three queen size beds, two twin size beds and a full size pull out couch. Located on a private lane only a half of a block to BOTH the private beach and Shrewsbury River, with launching rights on the Shrewsbury, The house comes with the use of bikes, beach chairs AND your OWN private beach. Additional amenities include wireless internet, central A/C, washer & dryer and a brand new deck and HUGE BBQ gas grill. Great location - lovely house!

We really enjoyed our week here! The kitchen is huge, well equipped and beautifully renovated. With 3 full bathrooms there was plenty of space for 5 adults to live comfortably. There is private beach access close by and the street is very quiet. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops in Monmouth and Sea Bright. Andrea and Robert were courteous, helpful, and quick to respond to our questions. We definitely recommend this home and hope to stay here again!

Great location & a clean, updated property with all the amenities.

My daughters & I stayed here for 5 months. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is located across the street from the ocean & within a mile or two of Sea Bright & Pier Village. It’s an updated home with a great kitchen/dining area & a bathroom for each bedroom. The owners, Rob & Andrea, are accommodating & attentive to your needs. Highly recommended!

Wonderful retreat for families

Equidistant to the beach and the sound, this home is a cozy, safe and convenient location for children to explore and adults to enjoy lounging in the great room and grilling on the deck. My only suggestion would be that a double or queen bed be added to the first floor room with enclosed bath (instead of the twins). Again, great vacation spot that's quiet and comfortable enough for reprieve yet driving distance in both directions to fun activities!

The house was amazing and the host was great!
