This newly remodeled home is right off 1st Avenue West in Cedar Rapids. Perfect for staying in while you work or visit CR. 3 bedrooms and full bath on 2nd floor with living room, dining room and kitchen on main floor. 3rd floor attic has an extra queen bed for larger groups. Great spot for getting around town with easy interstate access. Mr. B's, Hacienda Las Glorias and Westside Maid-Rite all within 1 block of this home. Perfect for our needs

This house worked great for what we were looking for. The only thing I didn't like was the amount of sirens and motorcycles that we heard. Otherwise it was great!

Comfortable House

I very much enjoyed staying at this house. It had everything thing I needed and was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. And everything I needed was close by. I would definitely stay here again.
