**Guests may use the JW Marriott Resort & Spa, Exercise Room, Spa, Oasis Pool and tennis courts Monday through Friday at no charge (please note there may be black out times when the resort is to full capacity). There is a fee for use on Saturday and Sunday.

Construction Updates
The resort fountains are undergoing renovation work from Feb.11, 2024, to Jul. 20, 2024. Work will occur daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please anticipate contractors and construction noise during your upcoming stay.
Cashless Resort
Limited cash is accepted at the Front Desk. Credit cards and room charges are the only acceptable forms of payment at other locations.
Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.
