About this property

Welcome to the Cape! We offer our recently upgraded home in the Cape St Claire neighborhood of Annapolis. Just minutes from downtown Annapolis we have off street parking for up to 3 cars. The kitchen is ready to prepare meals or just a quick cup of coffee. The family room and adjacent outdoor deck make room for family activities and there are plenty of places to "escape" to quiet. Upstairs bedrooms include 2 queen bedrooms, one kids room with 2 twin size beds and master bedroom suite with private bath and deck. The laundry is in the basement.

Cape St Claire is a friendly family neighborhood with close access to a market, liquor store and couple of local restaurants. Downtown Annapolis is a short Uber ride away... In the summer the community has a beach at the mouth of the Magothy River and has an amazing view of the Chesapeake Bay where kids enjoy the play ground and picnic area. There is a 200 boat marina and additional location with kayak ramp.

Family Get Together

Location of home was in a perfect location for visiting family, Annapolis, and DC. Home was very clean, spacious, in a nice neighborhood and communication with the owner was excellent.

Lovely house at the Cape

Loved the house! Nice quiet area with plenty of room for all to spread out and a large table for family dinner! Beds were comfortable, even the twin beds. Great communication with the owner. We plan to come back again next year.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood

We stayed for 4 nights in June 2023. Comfortable, roomy house with a deck. We had 5 adults staying for a wedding across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge in Stevensville. The house was spacious with a large modern eat-in kitchen, plus a living room, sitting room and den downstairs. We stayed in the master with king sized bed and master bath with shower. Rest of family stayed in the two queen bed bedrooms. There is an additional 2 twin bed bedroom if needed for kids. Beds were comfortable and the house was spotless when we arrived. There's an additional full bath on the second floor and a powder room on the first floor. Provided was a Keurig, small coffee maker and toaster plus a fully stocked kitchen. We had breakfast at the house most mornings. There's a market a few minutes away in a strip mall which also has a few restaurants. We found a great seafood restaurant Donnellys Dockside, about 10 minutes away and dined by the water. This is a quiet suburban neighborhood so recommended for families or adults. There is space for 3 cars The home is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. A nice sound system, plus a turntable with some albums made it fun to listen to some old favorites. There are also multiple TVs, some games Great to stay if visiting Annapolis with a larger group.

Overall great

We enjoyed our stay in this house. The beach pass was a nice perk. Our one bit of warning is that the twin mattresses are really not suitable for adults. No one felt comfortable on them and we all tried. They would be fine for a child who didn’t weigh much.
