Roxy and Jeff Hart would love to share their mountain home with you! We love to form a personal relationship with each and every guest, and provide personalized vacation planning to ensure you have a great visit! Jeff is a PSIA-Certified Ski Instructor that specializes in private lessons for adults, children, and families of mixed abilities. Please book your lessons in advance! Jeff is also a community activist, trainer, educator, and consultant in government financial management and accountability, performance measurement, the environment, climate change, and public policy research and analysis. Roxy is a retired bank examiner & housing inspector. We grew up in the Denver area and live there when not at our Breckenridge home or enjoying travels with fiends and family. We were both born in Ohio, and are both business graduates of the University of Colorado. We were high school sweethearts and have been married over 40 years. We especially enjoy the company of our extended family, particularly our wonderful nieces and nephews.
Jeff & Roxy Hart purchased this Apartment in 2004
Why Jeff & Roxy Hart chose Warrior's Mark
We have lived in Colorado most of our lives, and searched for many years for the perfect location for both winter and summer sports. We chose Breckenridge because we started skiing here in 1969, it is a 'real' town, with 'real' permanent residents, and has a mining history dating back to 1859. We taught our whole extended family and many friends to ski, many of them from the time they could walk. Breckenridge was recently chosen by U.S. News & World Report as the #2 small town to visit in America, winter or summer! http://travel.usnews.com/rankings/best-small-towns-in-the-usa/ Oprah Magazine has included Breckenridge on a list of 19 international cities the publication has deemed the "best trips to take in winter." See https://www.bizjournals.com/denver/news/2019/01/04/best-places-winter-travel-colorado-oprah.html?ana=e_ae_set1&s=article_du&ed=2019-01-04&u=WWlV27evao36WlKQBd56pA0323548e&t=1546642860&j=85861701. The publication by media mogul Oprah Winfrey noted Breckenridge's ski-in, ski-out convenience, the International Snow Sculpture Championships, and the town's more than 200 restaurants, taverns and boutiques in the magazine's Jan. 3 write-up. "Breck" was named alongside famous travel destinations such as Miami, Chicago, Toronto, Canada — even Tuscany, Italy. We chose our condo in 2004, after looking at every condo complex in town, because it has a spectacular view of the slopes and 10-Mile Range that cannot be duplicated anywhere within walking distance of both the lifts and Main Street. Be sure to watch our 25-minute narrated video tour of our condo & neighborhood!
What makes this Apartment unique
Our guests always comment on the spectacular panoramic mountain view of the resort, the convenient location, the beautiful mountain furnishings and decor, the spaciousness, and the amazingly well-stocked kitchen! It is also probably the quietest and most solid condo building in town as it has pre-stressed concrete walls (covered with drywall inside), floors (carpeted and tiled), and ceilings. ACCOMODATES UP 3 "HOUSEHOLDS" Summit County new rule affecting lodging/hotels expires Jan. 19, 2021. The rule had said, “Lodging stays limited to a single household in any lodging unit, including short-term vacation rentals.” However, it may be of additional comfort to our guests that our condo was designed and built to be rented out as 3 separate "lock-off" rental lodging units. So our condo can accommodate up to 3 separate “households”. As you enter the condo you will see three doors labelled A, B and C. Summit County’s household rule per unit works for our condo using the lock-off units/rooms. Units/rooms B and C have a bathroom, TV, couch and a sliding door allowing a private entry and exit to these rooms without using the main entrance into the “common” hallway. Units/Rooms B and C can also use the main entrance into the common hallway. Room A would only use the main entrance door. Unit/room A has the kitchen, living and dining room. Unit/room A also has a bathroom and the loft area for sleeping with 2 twin beds and one queen. So, if you have more than one household, you could have one household staying in each of the 3 units/rooms, and avoid congregating in the main living area lock-off unit A. Our condo also has a large patio/balcony with 3 small separate dining tables (that can also be placed together for larger households) on the west side with a panoramic view of the resort. This area allows households to maintain some social distancing while eating/drinking in a safe outdoor environment.
