Chacara maravilhosa

Anfitriões e caseiros muito atenciosos não deixaram nada faltar. Chacara maravilhosa, casa muito bem disposta e nova. Pode melhorar espetos na churrasqueira que estão velhos e são pouquíssimos e facas.

De longe a pior experiência

A cada 2 meses costumo alugar casa para reunir os amigos e essa experiência, disparada foi a pior. Algumas coisas aconteceram nao por culpa deles, como a falta de energia. Ja no inicio o vizinho disse q a falta de luz acontece sempre que chove, e isso é possível comprovar em comentários anteriores. O problema é que quando chove, a casa fica cheia de goteira e quando falta luz, o motor da caixa d'água tb para, ou seja, fiquei quase 24h sem água e luz. Assim que a luz voltou não foi possível limpar piscina, usar jacuzzi pois o disjuntor não suporta. Tivemos vários apagões noturnos pq a bomba da piscina estava ligada e a jacuzzi ligada. Um inferno!!! O aquecedor a gás não funcionava. Estava c um fusível queimado. Tivemos q desmontar uma bateria velha q estava lá e pegar o fusível. Uma casa que é alugada todo final de semana deveria ter esses itens básicos. A Água da jacuzzi é barrenta. Falta muita manutenção na casa, as geladeiras são velhas, as portas ficam abrindo o tempo todo. As churrasqueira são sujas. Os chuveiros elétricos de fora são velhos. Um chuveiro novo custa 70,00, acho uma vergonha ter avaliações negativas por causa de coisa simples. Um dos vasos sanitários estava entupido. Agora o que mais me deixou indignado foi que o proprietário prometeu devolver 20% por causa dos problemas. Ele me perguntou se eu gostaria de dar alguma gratificação para o caseiro e eu falei que sim. Falei que daria 15% dos 20% que eu iria receber mas ele deu 15% do valor total para o caseiro. Vejam só o raciocínio do camarada. Depois de todos os problemas que tive ele deu 590,00 de caixinha para o caseiro e ainda tem coragem de falar que é normal os clientes darem esse valor. Detalhe que esse valor corresponde a 50% do salário do caseiro. Caixinha generosa ne? Isso pq o caseiro me falou q sempre ganha caixinha de 100,00. Acabei ficando com o prejuízo e com um fim de semana desastroso. Espero conseguir alertar os próximos hóspedes. É a 4° vez que alugo casa naquela região. Existem muitas opções pelo mesmo valor que não dão dor de cabeça. Não, eu não quero desconto na próxima hospedagem como vc falou. Eu vou devolver os 20% para o grupo que foi comigo porque eu falei que eles iriam receber.

Lugar maravilhoso!!

O lugar é muito bonito e gostoso! Adoramos passar uma semana em família. Só acho que o local precisa ter mais cuidados com manutenção, principalmente a conservação dos móveis e estofados. Queriamos fazer comida no fogão de lenha, mas as panelas de ferro estavam impossibilitadas de utilização(sujas, enferrujadas). Recomendo a estadia, em geral lugar muito bom!
