Larger 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with double basin vanity, walk-in closet, fenced patio, combo washer/dryer which does both in one machine, first floor with private entrance and a secure building. Building has indoor pool, sauna, pool table, work-out room, ping-pong room and courtyard with nice stainless steel grill for guest use. Living room provides additional sleeping room with sofa sleeper. Two bicycles are provided for your use and there is also a covered off-street/reserved parking spot. Two blocks to CSU and just two the other direction to the start of all the Downtown shopping and dining. Need more space? This condo is perfect for visiting professors or other professionals, parents visiting college students, grandparents visiting newborn grand-kids, weekend getaways for couples or anyone coming to town for races or many of the other activities that thrive in Fort Collins all year long.

Note: This is an older building that is being maintained and restored--built in 1967. The HOA is constantly working on updating the property but please note that this is not a brand new development. The common areas are adequate but not resort quality. This condo is on the first floor so works well for anyone with mobility issues.

Wonderfully Updated Space

Since our stay in 2022, the condo was updated with new fixtures, furniture, appliances, and décor. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the condo and private patio. The addition of the combination washer/dryer was a real convenience. The new drapes are wonderful. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood outside on the patio. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great Location and Fun to be Had

While the apartment is small, it's very comfortable. The ammenities in the building and grounds are really great and underused. The neighbors are friendly and the building is generally quiet. The only major noise we heard was from the renovation of the apartment above us. The owner was very helpful and considerate. We plan to return.

The University Apartment was a great place to stay for Parent's Weekend. It was very convenient.

Restful stay close to campus

We love staying here. This is our second time and we'll come again. It's a quick walk to campus and to old town. It's clean and comfortable and the host is great to work with.

We live in and love Fort Collins. We have two other condos in this building and have put our heart into improving the common areas here as well. We love this location and often stay in the condos ourselves when we want to attend late night events downtown or when we have friends we want to get together.

Why they chose this property

We bought another condo here because we wanted to be able to offer a place to stay in the same location that was better suited for smaller parties, yet allowed the flexibility of renting the other two as well for larger parties. We also liked the fact that this unit is on the first floor which is good for travelers who can't tolerate stairs.

What makes this property unique

The great thing about this condo is that it is large for a one bedroom. It doesn't fill cramped even if there is a couple and children. We have an exceptionally well stocked kitchen--not just the basics. The condo is artistic and there are things to catch your eye in each room. The location can't be beat.
