Casa linda mas sem manutenção

Casa linda porem sem manutencao, chuveiros que nao funcionavam, piscina nao foi limpa durante estadia, geladeira e freezer estavam desligados, cadeiras em cima da mesa, precisamos fazer uma faxina antes de entrar, ponte de madeira com pregos para fora, lago sujo e sem peixes, ambientes fechados e com muito pernilongo. Casa bem localizada, com boa estrutura mas sem manutencao e caseiros descuidados.

Casa agradável e muito espaçosa

A principio, gostaria de parabenizar a limpeza e organização da casa. Estava tudo impecável e muitos utensílios domésticos à nossa disposição. A comunicação com a proprietária em relação à negociação do check in foi muito tranquilo e está também de parabéns. Faço uma ressalva, porém, em relação à conservação do imóvel: o aquecedor tanto da piscina, quanto da banheira estavam quebrados e, segundo o caseiro, a proprietária já tinha ciência do problema, mas em nenhum momento fomos avisados. A piscina não foi limpa todos os dias e o laguinho ou aquário está extremamente diferente das fotos: infelizmente é uma água parada cheio de girinos e bem proprício como criadouro de mosquito da dengue.
