Perfect socially distant get away

Wow! Cleaned to perfection, beautiful home, more than enough space, so close to the beach, private location and excellent communication with the property owner. Upon arrival at the home we were so happy to se the property was in excellent condition, very clean and we even had fresh cut flowers in the kitchen. We had an incredible, perfect socially distant get away! Highly recommend!!

A stellar week in Santa Rosa Beach

This was our 3rd week long stay in Santa Rosa Beach, and by far our best rental experience. The property was spotless clean and well stocked with basics, spices, coffee filters etc. for the week. It was so nice not to have to purchase everything but the kitchen sink when we arrived, and much appreciated. We used the provided bikes and golf cart daily. They were a real convenience to use and not have to worry about parking a vehicle. Kerry is the owner and property manager. It certainly adds a nice personal touch in comparison to third party managed properties. He cares about his guests and every detail shows. When we return we will absolutely consider this rental again. We had 8 guests, 5 adults and 3 kids. The smallest room is an office conversion with 4 bunk beds, so better for littles for sure. Overall, this property was an absolute home run.

Great July trip

We stayed July 13-20 with our In Laws, 5 kids (ages 3-18) and two small dogs. House was very clean. Kids loved the bunk room and the bed in the master is extremely comfortable. Owners were very nice and helpful, but honestly we didn’t need a thing after the first hour. Everything worked beautifully. Public Beach access is very convenient thanks to the golf cart. Our kids rode bikes there while we drove with in laws in the cart. Loved having the beach umbrella chairs set up for us. Made it so much easier not having to lug everything back and forth. Small community pool is right across the street. We were usually the only ones there. The neighborhood was quiet- really nice to get away from the hectic high rise atmosphere. The beach gets a crowded because you are at the public access point, but it was never an issue for us. It was a friendly group and we usually only spent a couple of hours there before the kids wanted to head to the pool. We spent a lovely day in Rosemary Beach shopping and snacking- I highly recommend visiting there and Seaside. My husband and I got up early and took our road cycles on the ‘Timpoochee Trail’ on two different days. Its basically 30A running through the lovely beach communities and a bit hilly. It’s close to 40 miles to do the entire thing there and back but so worth it to see everything up close. There is a paved bike/walking path but folks tend to walk three wide so it was better for us to go early and use the road. Traffic gets heavy as the day goes on but we only had a few aggressive drivers to contend with. Most were friendly and there were plenty of other road cyclists out there. We had a great time and really enjoyed the house. The owners are doing a great job. We may need to rent their larger house next year!
