Both bathrooms fully remodeled for 2020 along with a brand new spacious back deck!

This beautiful and spacious rental unit comes with four free bikes, and four backpack style beach chairs.

617 Queens Grant has been recently upgraded with new sliding doors and windows, new bedding, new vinyl plank flooring, and updated interior decor.

The kitchen has been updated with newer counter tops, stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher, and a new full size washer & dryer. The dining room has indoor seating for six, and the back deck has outdoor seating for six, a new patio set, and a propane grill.

The spacious living room is has a cathedral ceiling, vinyl plank flooring, and access to the private patio. Additional amenities include cable TV, wireless internet, and a sound bar.

The master bedroom has a king bed, cable TV, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed along with two twin bunk beds for additional sleeping space. The second bedroom also has cable TV, and a hallway bathroom. This unit is perfect for an extended family or a family with more than two children that still enjoy the economy of a 2 bedroom villa.

617 Queens Grant is nearby to the Palmetto Dunes general store, the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. The pool is just a short walk away, the beach is also within walking distance, and shuttle service is available during the summer season.

The Palmetto Dunes Resort Area is a world- class oceanfront destination with three miles of white sand beach, three world-class golf courses, and a tennis academy. Kayak through an 11-mile lagoon system. Enjoy miles of bike paths, fishing, and beautiful water fowl habitat. Fabulous shopping, dining, and entertainment are all nearby. At the heart of Palmetto Dunes is Shelter Cove Marina, a signature waterfront neighborhood that hosts some of the best island cuisine, boutiques, art galleries, water sports, tours, and activities for kids.

Nice palmetto dunes condo

This is a very well cared for unit in palmetto dunes. It was larger than expected, our family of 5 fit well. The unit and area is dog friendly, with a large grassy area behind it and doggie waste stations. Lots of hidden treasures in the unit, and our checkin and out was very smooth.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Queens Grant Unit 617 for our annual week on HHI. We used various rental companies in the past but this was our first time using Island Rentals of HH. I will definitely use this agency again for future trips. The unit was well maintained, was clean and came with high quality beach chairs and 4 adult bikes. We had one issue with the unit during our stay when a contractor in the vicinity hit a water line. Certainly not the fault of Island Rentals but when I called about not having running water in the unit, they were very professional, researched the issued and called back within 30 minutes letting us know the situation. I was also very impressed with their check in communication and allowing us to check in 3 hours early. Very nice when you have a dog on a hot SC afternoon. It was a great experience. The unit was about a 10 minute walk from the beach, which made trips to the beach very convenient.

Reviewer Comments: very nice accomodations. loved the location, close to golf course, pickelball, beach. loved palmetto dunes. the bicycles were of great use and very appreciated. would have rented this unit for four weeks in 2024 but it was unavailable, so we booked another unit through island rentals.

Amazing Villa

I was in town to visit family and what a hidden Gem I found. Very nice villa, very clean updated not far from Kroger or the beach. Beautiful drove through the neighborhood pretty christmas lights throughout. The beds are extremely comfortable the kitchen is lovely with anything you need to cook. The living room is huge lots of space to stretch out and watch Netflix with the family. Unit 617 Queens Grant I will be back!
