Renovated, sunny lake house with breathtaking views of Squam Lake and the White Mountains sleeps two families comfortably with 2 masters, 2 guest rooms plus a large Bunk room with 4 bunks, plus a sleeping porch. Masters have en suite bathrooms, plus two more full baths for guests. Sub Zero/Viking kitchen with granite counter tops. Tumbled marble & travertine bathrooms. Outdoor Shower. Wifi, Direct TV, A/V system, A/C. Generous western facing deck offers expansive views and the best sunsets on Squam Lake. 12 acre property has private tennis court (w/ tennis backboard and basket ball hoop), a large flat lawn for games and 200 feet of private shoreline (w/ dock and small beach). Private 15' lake trampoline with slide and other attachments, and four kayaks included. Separate ping pong cabin and optional Guest Cottage with 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, living room w/ pullout couch and full kitchen (Guest Cottage is an additional rental fee of $1,000 and an additional cleaning fee). Main house maximum 14 people; Cottage 2 people. NO pets/dogs or rental price negotiations (please refrain from asking).

Magnificent home

Our family of 9 spent a delightful 2 weeks gazing out at Squam Lake. While the house is across the street from the lake, it is a short, pleasurable walk to its expansive beach and docks. We rented boats for the time we were here. The home's docks are in a calm lovely protected spot on the lake. We plan to return next year to create more magical memories

The perfect getaway on Squam Lake!

We stayed a week at this beautifully appointed home. From the porch we could watch the children’s tennis match and the lake beyond. Their dock has plenty of room to pull up a pontoon boat that we rented. A fabulous kitchen with everything you need and a view of the lake. We loved our stay there. And I would recommend it to anyone.
