About Alan Kremer

We're an active family of 5 that loves travel, exploration and the outdoors. We make our home in the Twin Cities, but love the shores of Lake Superior and getting 'up north'.

Alan Kremer purchased this cabin in 2013

Why Alan Kremer chose Iron River

There's something special about being in the woods. We found this property in the early Spring of 2013 after the last big snow and just couldn't escape the appeal of the absolute peace and quiet.

We were hooked from beginning and knew that this would be the perfect year round get-away.

Very nice, clean and rustic spot located inside of a remote Woods. Perfect place for a short getaway, or a longer stay. Newer cabin with a very accommodating owner. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

This cabin is clean and fully stocked with all the essentials needed for a getaway. There is plenty of space,a big yard, nice deck and awesome 3 season porch. We were just out the driveway away from the atv trails. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone.

Family Fun

  • 5 of 5

I believe this was our 4th year at the cabin, and possibly our best. It is located really close to ATV trails which we tool advantage of this year. We also spend a lot of time on the Pike Lake Chain which is about 10 minutes from the cabin. The cabin and 4 season room really allowed for a comfy place to relax after our busy days. We look forward to coming back again in the future.
