About this property

Located in the family community of Chelsea Heights in Fairfield Bay. The condo #42 is within walking distance of tennis courts, volleyball, shuffleboard, and the "Cool Pool" swimming pool. This oversized two bedroom, 2.5 baths, fully furnished condo that includes a large sofa and two large recliners. This condo provides a fully furnished/functional kitchen, cable/WIFI, and an in unit washer & dryer. The condo also features an updated & modern décor with all the comforts of home. The main floor has an open floor plan of the kitchen, dining & living room for family fun and interaction. The living room is supplied with a large TV, DVD& CD player. Enjoy the view of the Ozark Mountains from the living room, large outdoor deck as well as an upper balcony. The kitchen includes all appliances, glass dinner ware, silverware, pots, pans, griddle & crockpot. Completely set of men’s golf clubs in condo for visitors use during their stay. Lower patio area with firepit & charcoal grill to enjoy in the evenings.

My husband and I live outside of Greenbrier, AR with our two grandchildren. My Husband attended & graduated from Greenbrier schools as did all 3 of our children. Now our grandchildren are following in their footsteps. We previously purchased this beautiful condo for ourselves but have now decided to share it with others. We have found ourselves falling in love with the Fairfield Bay community and seem to be visiting often. We would love to share our home and are available to assist others to learn about the wonderful community of Fairfield Bay.

Why they chose this property

The condo is large enough for family gatherings & cozy enough for a couples getaway. Activities are all around with an onsite swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball court, horseshoes & shuffleboard. Just around the corner is miniature golf, bowling, playgrounds, hiking/ ATV trails & two 18-hole championship golf courses. A short 3 mile drive will take you to the marina on Greers Ferry's north shore. Boat rental, public fishing, and dock available.
