The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, Flat-Screen TV, & En-Suite Master Bath with Shower, 3-Door Wardrobe with shelving & space for hanging clothes and a viewed of the fenced-in back yard. The Guest Bedroom includes (2) Queen Beds, Flat-Screen TV, Large Open Closet, Double Dresser and Nightstand. Also included in Guest Bedroom is a wireless printer available to renters. The Bunk Room is perfectly set up for younger guests with (3) Twin size beds, a convertible futon couch and floor space for a Pack-N-Play (also included) or Full-Size blow up mattress. The spacious Guest/Main Bath includes a double sink vanity, large and full-stocked linen/towel closet, & full-size tub/shower combo. Guests will have plenty of space to socialize in the adjacent Living Room/Sitting Area including 2 full-size leather sofas & 1 smaller loveseat, flat-screen TV and wicker foot stool contains many kid/family friendly games, and reading material on things to do in the area. Kitchen is equipped with the essential cooking appliances, cookware, utensils, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker & full-size Refrigerator with Ice-Maker. Dining space is also abundant with two eating areas. One off the kitchen that is currently set up for 4-6 guests or can be expanded to fit up to 8. The additional matching table is in the Dining Area. This table is already expanded to full size. It includes (2) benches & chairs to seat 8 guests. All rooms have beautifully tiled floors and have been freshly painted within the year. Wireless Internet & Extender allows you to keep connected throughout the house.

Just outside is even more seating/dining space in the Covered Lanai. This area has a folding banquet table & chairs, grilling space and Laundry Closet that houses a full-size Washer & Dryer in addition to lots of beach chairs, noodles, boogie boards & floats left behind from past guests perfect for use around the pool or when heading to the beach. The Caged in Pool Area houses a 10,000 gallon in-ground heated pool. The pool is approx 3ft in the shallow area and 5ft on the deeper end which is accessible by ladder. Please note the shallow end DOES NOT have stairs. Pool deck has two large wooden benches for seating or lounging, two large stationary umbrellas that can be opened for additional shade and a towel rack to hang/dry towels & bathing suits. Outside the Pool Area is a fenced-in yard with a grassy area, tropical plants and herb/perennial gardens.

You will see many friendly, neighborhood cats (and the occasional ducks) come and go, but PLEASE DO NOT FEED OR PET THEM. Please also note a portion of the home has been converted to an owners’ studio & storage space and this space is NOT accessible to renters and is not shown in any of the listing photos.
