We welcome you for a relaxing getaway at our beautiful 3000 sq. ft. house in the prestigious Gold Star awarded community of Saw Creek Estates. This four season amenity filled community was voted #1 in the Poconos and has 24HR security. Come enjoy seasonal outdoor and all year round indoor pools and hot tubs! You do not need to bring sheets or towels. We provide all linen. We also provide many cooking seasonings, have a Keurig for coffee with start up pods for your guests. We provide toilet paper, paper towels, a few pods of dishwasher soap and laundry pods to get you started, as well as a couple of sheets of softener. There is antibacterial liquid hand soap in all bathrooms and sinks. We also provide propane for the grill. We do not restock expendable items during your stay but have the essentials for a comfortable start.


Come stay in optimal comfort. Our property boasts four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Bedrooms are arranged with 1 King, 1 Queen, twin bunk beds (plus trundle) and a full size sofa bed in the downstairs gaming room. Bonus area has an additional queen size Serta sofa bed.


Large whirl pool tub with spa jets and separate rain shower in en-suite bathroom. 50-55” flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, 60” in living room and 40” in downstairs bedroom. All smart TVs with access to Hulu, Netflix, Vudu, Prime, Sling TV and more. 70inch home theater with leather sectional couches, bar area and pool table are perfect for entertaining on our lower level. Gaming room for kids (or kids at heart) has XBox One with many games as well as board games and toys.


For the colder nights there is a wood burning fireplace in living room. The outside features a front and back deck as well as a screened in porch ideal for outdoor dining. A BBQ grill awaits you with capabilities for both gas and charcoal grilling. Large sectional sofas for outdoor seating await you on the deck from after Memorial Day through end of fall, weather permitting. The back yard opens up to beautiful view of the Pocono woods where on occasion you might get lucky and catch a glimpse of wildlife, such as turkeys and deer. Breathtaking foliage year round. There is a hammock to lounge in by day and a fire pit to gather round in the evenings.


Open floor plan kitchen/dining room with breakfast bar that seats 3-4 and beautiful dining table with bench and seats. Refrigerator can be stocked prior to arrival upon request. Private chef available upon request. The living room is very spacious with sectional sofas and vaulted ceilings.


The views and amenities are plenty but for those looking to take a swim, there are large indoor and seasonal outdoor pools just a couple of minutes away at the Top of the World where guests can also enjoy hot tub and fitness center. The Saw Creek Community has more info available on their website but there are basketball courts, racquetball/tennis courts, boating (in the summer) just to name a few. Saw Creek estates at times does not allow guests to purchase passes but we provide up to 10 complimentary community passes for all pools and amenities with your reservation. They will be conveniently waiting for you at the property so there is never a need to visit the community offices.

Saw Creek even has ski slopes that guests can purchase tickets for during the winter. During summer weekends, boats are available first come, first serve at their pond. COVID19 restrictions can change operations for amenities but we keep guests informed closer to their arrival dates.

Attractions- Shawnee Mountain ski area is ten minutes away. Camelback Water Park and Camelback Ski 30min away. Bushkill Water Falls 10min away. Zip Lining and outlet stores 15-20min drive. Adventure sports 20min away for great outdoor activities year round. The area has seasonal boats, canoes and kayaks available for rent, streams and lakes for fishing, trails for people and pets.
