Outside of the Water's Edge gate, on 30A, is Timpoochee Trail, a 19-mile paved pedestrian/bike path running along Scenic Highway 30A from Dune Allen Beach to Rosemary Beach. You’re also a short bike ride or walk to Seacrest and Rosemary Beach for unique boutiques and dining.
