Walk to local restaurants and shops or drive only 5 minutes to Downtown Chatham. Situated in a perfect location between Hardings Beach and Ridgevale beach as well. Beautiful back yard for barbeque and a great fire pit for cool evenings. Three bedrooms and a loft with a TV and queen size futon give you some extra space to spread out. One bedroom with King bed and a half bath upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs, one with Queen bed and one with 2 Twin beds. Full bath with tub and shower downstairs. The downstairs has ping pong for those friendly competitors. You and your family dog will love this wonderful piece of Cape Cod!

Perfect!

We were a group of four adults and one small dog visiting in the off-season. This place was perfect and plenty big enough for us. We did some cooking during our stay, and kitchen was very well-appointed (but don’t forget to bring cooking oil and any spices you might need). The basement with ping pong table and air hockey was great, and lots of nice outdoor space too! It was conveniently located— really easy to get onto the main highways, but just far enough away that it was always peaceful and quiet.
