About this property

Nice guest suite whereas remaining un-rented portion of the house is occupied by the owner. With a huge fenced-in in the backyard, the property is conveniently located 5 minutes from warm mineral springs and 20 minutes from Englewood beach. The property has a washer and dryer and a full kitchen, one queen bed and one twin bed and internet-stream Television. There is a grocery store right down the block and a Wells Fargo across the street. The huge fenced-in backyard is a great relaxing spot for our guests.

Very Clean and convenient

This listing is pretty much spot on. The appearance was just as listed. Small, but cozy. We enjoyed the back yard many times. Washer and dryer were big and washed well. Location is very convenient for almost any food, drink, shopping and gas. My dad was just around the corner so worked very well for us. AC worked great. Couldn't say anything about the pull out bed as we didn't use it. At 62, the bed and pillows were a little hard, but not having our own is always an issue for us. Old people! Clean beyond expectations. Parking was ok but in the sun all day as car port had vehicle in it always. Owners In-laws were in the front section of the house often. Live there?? The only down fall is the main road is about 150' away from the house and can be noisy. Owners worked well with us to answer any questions we had. Thanks for a very nice stay

This unit was perfect for our stay in North Port. Very clean. Close to any store you would need. We enjoyed sitting in the charming backyard. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our little dog.
