3 Bath 3 Bedroom Sophisticated Waterfront on Lamberts Cove with cathedral ceilings & full wall of windows facing the cove allows for lots of natural sunlight & warmth. Primary bedroom with own bath is private off to one wing while two bedrooms plus one full hall bath are on a different wing. Walk out lower level TV room with a full bath, expansive deck & lovely flat yard enhance this waterfront property. Enjoy this 1900 sq ft open floor plan of space & treat it like it's your own. Kitchen stocked with condiments & essentials. Or dine in Mystic & Stonington Borough five minutes away.

The space

House is designed to host 6 guests(maximum). Breathtaking Waterfront with sunrise views over Lamberts Cove from all but one room. Guests also have use of Kayaks, Horseshoes, Board games and more. Light refreshing neutral color pallet throughout. Depending on tide, maximum 4' height boat access under railroad bridge from Stonington Harbor into Lamberts Cove. Features include Gas Fireplace and Central Air.

Guest access

Guests have full use of property with small dock for kayaking. Its a place to treat as your own.

Interaction with guests

Available by phone especially for emergencies. Making your stay pleasurable is most important and our goal. Its a compliment to have repeat visitors and recommendations to your friends.

Other things to note

The home is on a septic system which has specific do's and don'ts. Simple house rules will be on site and in each rest room. Given the drought in CT, be conscious of water usage and wastefulness. Water is a valuable commodity. Primary soaking tub not allowed please.

Wonderful house

My sisters and I rent a house every year for a girl's week out. This is the nicest house we've found. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable. The location met all our needs. We highly recommend this house.

Perfection

Everthing about our vacation in this home was perfect. It was, by far, the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The house was spacious enough for our group of 6 - 3 adults and 3 kids. We enjoyed the beautiful view and spacious yard with... morning coffee on the Adirondack chairs, kayaking throughout the day, yard games, and happy hours and dinners on the patio. Jo was very attentive and helped with recommendations for restaurants, beaches, etc. Just a short drive to Mystic and Stonington. We would 100% rent this again!

Why they chose this property

Warm and comfortable setting both inside and out. Kayaks are provided. Location is just 5 minutes to Mystic railroad or town center. Stonington Borough is right across the cove and a short drive to more restaurants and beautiful point to admire sailing boats.

What makes this property unique

It took ONE step into the home to admire the water views from the open floor plan style living. The cathedral ceilings with beams and full size windows with sliders from 2 floors to access the private and quaint yard. The expansive deck allows for multiple sitting areas. Bird watching, waking up to amazing sunrises and catching the sunsets at DuBois Beach made it an easy decision to say YES I will take it. See for yourself.
