The living area offers a sofa, 3 chairs, a 40" flatscreen TV, DVD player, and external speakers. In the dining area, the large farmhouse table is ideal for family dinners or entertaining. There's a wonderful selection of books and games for those evenings when you just want to hang out and enjoy the serenity of Kiawah. The fully equipped kitchen has white cabinets, granite countertops, plenty of pantry space, and a wall-mounted TV.

Each of the 3 bedrooms have a private bathroom, walk-in closet and flat screen TV. The master bedroom, has a king bed, access to the screened porch, chair and desk, Bose radio and a luxurious bathroom with large glass door shower, jacuzzi tub and dual vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a chair for reading, Bose radio and a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom features 2 twin beds, a chair and bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink on the large screened porch that has a gorgeous view of the 7th fairway of Osprey Point golf course. You can also catch some sun on the open-air deck that features 2 lounge chairs and a gas grill. Guests do not have access to the garage.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
