New Year, New Look! Our home is centrally located with quick access to downtown, Biltmore Estate, Blue Ridge Parkway, restaurants, breweries, music venues, shopping and more. We are in a quiet and friendly neighborhood and the spacious studio apartment has it's own entrance, off-street parking, and all the amenities you need for your stay. We welcome your pups with an additional $50 pet fee and the fenced in yard offers a great space for your pups to play.

Comfy and central to everything

The apartment is literally close to everything in the city. Downtown is two minutes away. The Biltmore is less than ten minutes away. The apartment itself is cozy and was perfect for two people with a small dog. Jenny has a coffee maker complete with sugar and cream in the room, and we utilized that every morning! It was clean and well decorated. I will say, the apartment is at the basement of Jenny’s house, so you do get some upstair neighbor noises. It was always quiet at night, however, so it didn’t bother me.

Cute getaway

enjoyed our experience with Jennifer! we could hear activity above us, but it was never loud, or late night! we didnt get to meet the dog! anyways, would love to come back and stay again. thanks for the great time Jenny!
