Lovely one bedroom apartment in a great location, with double bed and sofa bed in the living room, fully equipped with all necessary appliances and fittings, very clean and moments away from the beach, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Wifi available! Bus station right outside the building to take you all over Larnaca. Building is in great condition, swimming pool available and safe location!!!!

Outstanding accommodation

This is the second time we have stayed in this property and we still love it as much. We love Cyprus, Larnaca especially, and this apartment is in the perfect location. We will definitely be back again in the future.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location

The apartment was beautiful and in the perfect location (10 minutes walk from the busy harbour area of Larnaca), and the owner couldn't have been any more helpful. We are currently trying to arrange another week in Cyprus this October, and will definitely be staying in the same apartment.

Why they chose this property

Larnaca is an upcoming city with an increasing number of visitors every year. It is a small city but very convenient, you can find plenty of monuments and history in the city centre, bars, restaurants right on the beach but also in the old city of Larnaca. There is a lot of development, new hotels being built due to the increasing demand for accommodation. It is located right to the centre of the island and very close to the main airport. It is ideal for a short break but also convenient if you are planning to spent more days and travel around the island. My apartment is very close to the beach (2 minutes walk), enjoys sea views from the balcony. The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, new furniture, high speed wifi, fully air conditioned. The building is secure and very well maintained. There is a parking space available for the apartment and there is a swimming pool for residents of the building.
