About Richard Warner
Hi! My name is Richard. I built this house in 1982 and have loved it ever since. We spent summers and holidays in this house with our two boys, and now enjoy bringing our grandkids here. I have lived in Reno/Tahoe area with my wife for over 30 years. We know this are very well and have explored every trail and beach we could find by foot or boat. We are really glad that you are thinking about visiting lovely Lake Tahoe, especially our home. Its a magical place and I hope you love it as much as we do.
Richard Warner purchased this House in 1982
Why Richard Warner chose Incline Village
This property is so nicely located. Access to incline's private beaches is so special and being this close to diamond peak ski resort is a real treat. The actual neighborhood, Lower Tyrolia, comes with all the offerings or a country club. Nice pool and hot tub, private tennis courts, and beautiful club house with panaromic views (we actually hosted my son's engagement party here) make it really easy to unwind with friends and entertain the kiddos. The home is really quiet and peaceful. Every bed is comfortable. The swiss style and architecture make you feel like you are in another world. Most importantly, this home has been loved and enjoyed by a family for many years, and I think this love shines through. The floor plan is really special - super open with cathedral ceilings, yet warm and inviting. Its really nice to connect with family here.
What makes this House unique
The vibrations of this house are very high - we spent years meditating in this loving home.

Good, but could have been better
The location is excellent. However, it should have been better stocked. We had to buy our own kitchen knives and a few other utensils. The listing should include that there is only street parking available and no driveway. It would be great if the owner could add a grill, but that's not a complaint. The balconies were a mess when we arrived, disorganized and a bunch of dead branches. It sounds nitpicky, but we did pay for the week, so a sweeped-up porch would have been nice. We were traveling with a 2-year-old, and while we didn't expect it to be babyproofed (I asked the owner and he said it wasn't, so he was very honest) it would have been a death trap if we didn't have 6 adults to watch him at all times. So it was stressful. I would recommend this house if you are not traveling with children. (We had 3 with us, ages 14, 10, and 2.) There's not much in the way of a safe outside area to play, so everyone was a bit cooped up when we were in the house. They did enjoy the pool, but the jacuzzi in the common area kept going ice cold, and we couldn't use the grill because it was filthy. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and we did enjoy watching the fireworks from the clubhouse. I'd give it a 6 out of 10.
Great House- Great area.
A comfortable house in a very quiet neighborhood. The pool and spa were great. Very close to beaches and great sights. Lots of seating areas. Cable TV with lots of channels and extras. Very comfortable beds with clean quality sheets. We would stay again for sure.
Amazing and comfortable
Great place to spend time with our family for a week. Great location and very comfortable and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
Charming chalet near ski resort and beaches
This is a lovely space in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood very close to a wonderful ski resort, Diamond Peak. The furniture and beds were comfortable and attractive and there was most every convenience you would want on a ski weekend, e.g. shovels, a dryer, wifi, and beautiful views out every window.
Excellent, charming spot, with plenty of space!
Richard's property was excellent -well stocked, cozy, and just down the street from Diamond Peak. It's far enough away from town to be away from the noise, but close enough for quick market/restaurant runs. Plenty of space for a medium sized family - the open space layout of the second floor is terrific, with a comfy and ample living area, I would definitely recommend!
We had a great stay!
Richard's place was clean & comfortable. The setting was very peaceful. We really appreciated the extra touches and excellent communication from the host.
Thank you Richard.
