Gorgeous villa in the Hollywood Hills. We have designed the outdoor XL patio to serve as an outdoor living room, complete with spa beds and multiple loungers. Best location in Los Angeles! Walk to the Hollywood Bowl, Magic Castle, Runyon Canyon, the walk of fame & Yamashiro restaurant! Up here you will be surrounded by lush tress, hummingbirds and complete serenity! This multi-million dollar property will have you coming back! The gorgeous sunsets sparkle throughout the house. Perfect for a small groups, families and friends. This is a triplex VILLA property with a grand outdoor patio & pool. If you would like to stay in all three homes, contact us. Dine alfresco while sipping on a glass of wine by the pool with the twinkling night lights in the hills. It's super peaceful here, we are surrounded by lots of trees and hummingbirds! Pool is seasonal, solar heated. This unit is the entire first floor of the main house. You have exclusive access to this home which has a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Common areas you are welcome to enjoy are the grand patio deck with views of the hills and the pool! One parking spot (in the garage) will be available if you require a spot, I will be able to arrange with advance notice. EV charger available at additional cost. Uber is recommended for traveling around LA. Security cameras are monitoring outdoor areas for safety.

Great location fabulous views and amazing host !

We Loved It. Travelled with my parents in their early 80s, my daughter and partner early 20s and myself and my husband early 50s from the UK the house is just as the pictures show everything is included and the pool was a great asset for chilling in the morning and evening. The views are spectacular you can see the Hollywood sign and Maryln Monroes old house (which my dad loved!). Jill is amazing she even came out of work to welcome us so we could have an early check in, everything I asked her was never too much trouble she told us what was going on nearby and there was a night market which had local foods and stalls a great visit. We didn't have a car but found it easy to get about going by Uber to universal studios, the Hollywood houses and walked to the walk of fame stars in the evening and met some great look alikes! Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again on our next visit to Hollywood.

Cute retreat in amazing location close to everything!

Loved our stay! Parking was a bit of a challenge, but other than that, unit was spacious, well appointed and very clean! Jill was a very sweet & helpful host! Would definitely stay again for a peaceful getaway!

The accommodations were perfect for our 3 day weekend getaway! The house was clean and comfortable (looks exactly like the pictures) and Jill was a wonderful host. She was available to answer questions whenever we needed!

Why they chose this property

I've seen every neighborhood in Los Angeles over the decades I've lived in Cali. I love the Hollywood Hills most of all. It feels so special here, set in nature but super convenient to all other areas of SoCal. Walk to one of the best outdoor concert arenas in the world, the Hollywood Bowl! Stroll over to Yamashiro for delicious Japanese fare and the most amazing views of Hollywood.
