We absolutely loved the condo! We were there for the month of March. Check in was seamless. Stephanie quickly responded to any questions. The condo is well equipped with lots of pots & pans, dishes etc. everything very comfortable. It’s easy to get around from there to anywhere & paths or trails. Other people in the secure complex were very friendly. Met lots of great people. We had a great month. Hope to go back.

Fun and sun in Phoenix

Wanted a low key adventure away from the cold spring of Washington! This facility was perfect for comfort and for freeway access to find adventures!

This was our third time staying at this property. It's perfectly situated for visiting the Phoenix part of the family. We love the condo complex as well as the unit in which we stayed. Anything we need is there. The hosts make it an easy in and out. Our hopes are that it will be available whenever we decide to head to Phoenix for a future visit or extended stay. Love the view out to the pool, the quiet, the two bedrooms, a tub and shower, the very functional kitchen, and nearby hiking trails. It's nice to have a break from cable/satellite TV as well. We'll be back!

Arizona vacation NASCAR

Clean, well managed and safe. Upon Our arrival, we found the condo was very well stocked and ready for a nice visit. Best we have ever experienced anywhere. The many Canadian Neighbors were very easy to meet and were a lot of fun. Very welcoming. The only spoiler was the noisy traffic nearby. Heated pool was a big plus also.

Phoenix Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this comfortable condo! We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day! One thing that was unexpected was the expectation to clean the condo and wash all the bedding and towels before leaving. I thought that is why we had a cleaning fee. Regardless, we still loved our time at this lovely spot near downtown Phoenix.

We live/ work in Canada and love travelling to Arizona. We purchased the unit to enjoy the Cross Border lifestyle and it is fantastic to connect with those that share the same desire.

Phoenix is a spectacular place with so many things to see/ do. The weather is always good and there are so many options for fabulous day trips with the Condo as the home base (ie: Grand Canyon, Sedona, Lake Havasu, Lake Pleasant, Canyon Lake, etc). There are also a number of fantastic activities within Phoenix itself (PGA Golf, Major League Baseball Spring Training Camps, NASCAR, NFL, NHL Sports, Shopping, Safari Park, Zoo, Aquarium, etc.)

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property because we have rented in the complex a number of times and know many of the residents well. It is occupied by a number of "Snowbirds" and they take pride in the properties and offer a sense of community. It is "our home away from home".

We are not able to occupy it for more then a few weeks at a time due to work obligations and it makes us happy to know that we can offer it to others to enjoy.
