Two bedroom, two bath, air conditioned condo is located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. This south facing unit with 9' ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, is bright and airy. The condo provides a panoramic city view from the 20th floor.

New stove & DW, quartz counters, both bedrooms have closets with it being a walk-in closet in the Master, free WiFi, 46 inch TV in the living room and a 36 inch TV in the master bedroom, makes this condo a great alternative to Vancouver hotels.

The building is right at the centre of downtown. You'll be able to walk everywhere: steps away is the famous Robson Street, food trucks to chic restaurants, plus the convenience of a supermarket across the street. You'll find the nightlife of Granville Street, the financial and business districts, museums, art galleries, theaters, Gastown, Yaletown, Cruise Ship Terminal, Convention Center, BC Place Stadium, Stanley Park, and Skytrain (Vancouver's subway) and so much more. Only 25 minutes by subway or cab from the airport. The condo is also only a few blocks from a Skytrain Station. Here the Canada Line connects directly to YVR airpot in less than 25 minutes.

We chose this property because of it's perfect location. It is a maximum 15 minute walk away from everything - museums, galleries, theaters, restaurants, Gastown, Chinatown, both stadiums, the seawall for walking or riding a bike. We love staying here when we are in town, just as our family and friends do too.

Well appointed, well located & welcoming

The apartment was stylish and immaculate, the kitchen was stocked with basics, the location is fantastic (you can walk to major shops, tourist areas, IGA and liquor stores are nearby, it's very quiet despite being in the heart of downtown), the view is amazing, the building has great amenities , good security measures and the owner was very welcoming. Lots of information provided on local services and attractions/dining. Would definitely book again if visiting Vancouver.

Wonderful location!

We stayed here for a 2.5 day visit to Vancouver and it couldn't have been more perfect. It was just as the pictures showed, very clean, comfortable beds and sofa, etc. They even had laundry detergent and shampoo/conditioner for an added convenience. The location was perfect! We were able to get to Stanley Park, Gas Town and Granville Island very easily! We would definitely stay here again. We also highly recommend a drive to Whistler for anyone who has time during their visit. Well worth it!

Sleek downtown condo

We loved staying in this central location and extremely well presented condo. It was modern, clean and the owner had provided all the little things like detergent for the washing machine. The owner was easy to communicate with, providing excellent home away from home accommodation. We would love to stay here again if we traveled to Vancouver again.
