Two bedroom, two bath, air conditioned condo is located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. This south facing unit with 9' ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, is bright and airy. The condo provides a panoramic city view from the 20th floor.

New stove & DW, quartz counters, both bedrooms have closets with it being a walk-in closet in the Master, free WiFi, 46 inch TV in the living room and a 36 inch TV in the master bedroom, makes this condo a great alternative to Vancouver hotels.

The building is right at the centre of downtown. You'll be able to walk everywhere: steps away is the famous Robson Street, food trucks to chic restaurants, plus the convenience of a supermarket across the street. You'll find the nightlife of Granville Street, the financial and business districts, museums, art galleries, theaters, Gastown, Yaletown, Cruise Ship Terminal, Convention Center, BC Place Stadium, Stanley Park, and Skytrain (Vancouver's subway) and so much more. Only 25 minutes by subway or cab from the airport. The condo is also only a few blocks from a Skytrain Station. Here the Canada Line connects directly to YVR airpot in less than 25 minutes.

We chose this property because of it's perfect location. It is a maximum 15 minute walk away from everything - museums, galleries, theaters, restaurants, Gastown, Chinatown, both stadiums, the seawall for walking or riding a bike. We love staying here when we are in town, just as our family and friends do too.

Vacation in Vancouver, BC

This is a wonderful apartment. It’s centrally located, so we were able to walk to most places. The apartment was clean, contemporary, had a great view and was very well maintained. Sigrid met us at the apartment to help us get oriented, which was nice. I highly recommend this apartment and will still stay here again in the future.

Excellent stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sigrid's condo. Condo was very clean, well equipped and came with a "read me" booklet, that contained all the information you would need on everything in the condo, and the surrounding area. View from 20th floor was great. Condo is very close to grocery store, liquor store and restaurants. Robson street about 5 min walk away. Parkade down the block worked out fine for our vehicle. Sigrid was very good with communicating about entry into building, and left contact numbers in case we had any problems (we didn't). Only minor glitch, was the elevators that seemed to be slow, or no response at all (waiting 5-7 minutes a couple of times). Sigrid did say that they are being replaced in the near future, so she was aware. Over all, a great stay, and I would stay there again without hesitation.

Perfect for our short stay....

We were only in Vancouver for a short stay (3 nights 2 days) before embarking on a cruise. We chose this apartment because it slept 4, was reasonably priced and was downtown. It was perfect.

Turns out we didn't need space for 4 but the apartment would be fine for 4 adults. Not a lot of space but the furnishings were comfortable and clean and all the things you need were there. If you wanted to cook all the dishes and utensils were provided and there is an IGA just a block away. Laundry is on the floor and just down the hall and the owner provided detergent.

We got a hop on hop off bus at the Hyatt about 4 blocks away and used that to see town when we didn't walk. Got off it in Gastown for our last stop and then walked back to the apartment from there. Really not that far. We also walked to Canada Place and back and did some shopping and dining on Robson street (like 3 blocks away).

The owner was great to work with and the whole thing from deposit to final payment to checking in late (10 pm because of flights) was flawless.

I would definitely use this property again.
