Two bedroom, two bath, air conditioned condo is located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. This south facing unit with 9' ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, is bright and airy. The condo provides a panoramic city view from the 20th floor.

New stove & DW, quartz counters, both bedrooms have closets with it being a walk-in closet in the Master, free WiFi, 46 inch TV in the living room and a 36 inch TV in the master bedroom, makes this condo a great alternative to Vancouver hotels.

The building is right at the centre of downtown. You'll be able to walk everywhere: steps away is the famous Robson Street, food trucks to chic restaurants, plus the convenience of a supermarket across the street. You'll find the nightlife of Granville Street, the financial and business districts, museums, art galleries, theaters, Gastown, Yaletown, Cruise Ship Terminal, Convention Center, BC Place Stadium, Stanley Park, and Skytrain (Vancouver's subway) and so much more. Only 25 minutes by subway or cab from the airport. The condo is also only a few blocks from a Skytrain Station. Here the Canada Line connects directly to YVR airpot in less than 25 minutes.

We chose this property because of it's perfect location. It is a maximum 15 minute walk away from everything - museums, galleries, theaters, restaurants, Gastown, Chinatown, both stadiums, the seawall for walking or riding a bike. We love staying here when we are in town, just as our family and friends do too.

Awesome Downtown Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Vancouver. The condo is small, but has more than enough room for two couples. It is well stocked and immaculately clean. The check-in instructions were spot on and the convenient 30 min parking out front made unloading a breeze. The amenities were great with the laundry a few steps down the hall and a nice little gym in the basement. Cool 20th floor views of downtown Vancouver and English Bay. Can not beat the location, a short walk to shopping, tourist sites, and mass transit. highly recommend renting bikes and doing the downtown/seawall/Stanley Park/Granville Island/False Creek ride. We rented from Cycle City, a short walk down Hornby St. There are several good restaurants within a few blocks, especially on Granville Street and in Gastown. I would stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Vancouver. Sigrid was a pleasure to work with.

We were completely happy and comfortable in this modern apartment. It was extremely clean, well-equipped, very secure and in a central location. No guaranteed parking but there are lots nearby - we probably wouldn't bring a car next time - not needed!

Perfect

My daughters and I had a perfect 3-night stay at this downtown condo. Terrific location for walking most places, fabulous views, and very comfortable and clean accommodations. We did not cook but the kitchen seemed complete in terms of utensils. No pantry items however. (Olive oil, for example) We were more interested in trying out the amazing restaurant choices in the city. I would definitely book this place again if I am ever back in Vancouver.
