Why they chose this property

I bought this property as a home and used is as such, until I moved outside the town. As the property is well placed and in a very good location, I thought it would be a good opportunity for anyone planning to visit Bacau, or planning to use Bacau as a hub to visit North-Eastern part of Romania.

What makes this property unique

Very close to town centre (5-10 minutes walk), area out of the main road, therefore very quite.
Unlike most of the block of flats in Bacau, this one is more secure, having plenty of light on the staircases and also key access to the property.
