Aloha! This Beautifully Designed and Just Renovated (April 2023) Large one bedroom condo unit is Tastefully redone to complement its Natural Surroundings. Located closest to the best beaches, this single level (no stairs) ground floor unit has 6 windows and 2 sliding glass doors. There's plenty of natural light and beautiful views throughout the whole unit. The spacious and open floor plan will help you feel relaxed and comfortable. This Kuilima Estates East condo unit could easily become your favorite place to get away from it all. This unit is cool with natural trade winds flowing through it. If needed it has a brand new split air conditioner system. There is also an A/C unit in the bedroom as an additional option for your comfort. The updated Kitchen has all New appliances, Granite countertops and everything you need for indoor meals. Located on the 18th Fairway of Turtle Bay's Fazio Golf Course, this spacious Kuilima East end unit will comfortably accommodate a family of 4 people. There's a Comfortable King Size Bed in the bedroom, a queen size blow-up air mattress and 2 fold up futon mattress with linens and pillows for everyone.
One of the coolest thing about this unit is the enclosed Private Patio Lanai. It provides a great outdoor living space that flows smoothly into the interior living room. The enclosed deck is the perfect place to store your beach gear like, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys for our guest to enjoy. It's also a great place to store your surfboards or bikes. Also, this is one of the very few condo units with the bedroom on the ocean side, away from the parking area. The bedroom opens up to another patio with carpet-like grass that rolls onto the 18th fairway. This unit is the furthest away from the highway so no street noise and you can even hear the waves lapping on the shore in the still of the night. This beautiful unit is set back up on a knoll, giving you unobstructed views and plenty of privacy. Open the windows, open the drapes and let Hawaii's Natural Beauty surround you. This Great Location is an easy walk to the Best Beaches, Golf Clubhouse, tennis courts, Recreation Area, Restaurants, and the Turtle Bay Resort. A perfectly heated swimming pool is near by with 2 poolside Bar-BQ grills. This unique vacation rental is a great find, it's very special, cool and comfortable. Turtle Bay & Kuilima is our favorite place to be on vacation and we appreciate the opportunity to share this special property with you.

Unbeatable

This is by far the best place to stay we have ever experienced in Hawaii, if not all of America. The communication from the very start was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. The amenities included in the apartment are incredible. There is nothing you will need. An incredible selection of towels and toiletries, even kids toys, umbrellas, beach chairs. The apartment meant is so well equipped. In addition, the photos do not do this place justice. Heaps of room, super comfortable. The location cannot be beaten. Walking distance to so many great places. Beautiful beaches. Walking trails through the resort grounds. Even the complex has great amenities (awesome pool located just around the corner) and is beautifully landscaped. I will stay here again and again and again. Thanks Kamakani for one of the best experiences. You’re a legend

Needed to stay longer

We loved our stay here, 3 nights was too short. Perfect location, well equipped and comfortable. Kama was extremely helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay again.

Outstanding accommodation in paradise

Our bungalow was fully equipped with everything needed for an amazing holiday. The owner was only to happy to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to the resort, beach and restaurants. We loved every minute of our stay and would visit again for sure. Thanks for having us!

The Ultimate North Shore Base

Hi, Absolutely perfect location and great comfortable stay. It is part of Turtle Beach Resort which is privately secured estate backing onto two picturesque golf courses which are part of the resort. Great walking tracks around the resort and beach and golf course latter when the golfers are finished. Short drive to all tourist attractions . The perfect base to explore this side of the island.

Best Condo Ever!

My Wife and I just finished up our stay and are so sorry that we had to leave. Kama and Bernie were incredible hosts by answering all of our questions to make our stay an incredible one, and the condo was also recently renovated with all the amenities we needed. Full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and close to the pool. To boot, the location was superb which allowed us to navigate with ease to the east or west side of the North Shore. If you have ever used a short-term rental, then you know how the host(s) can make or break a good experience and these guys go above and beyond to make sure your stay is a great one. They are also wonderful ambassadors to the area so you are in great hands if you want to know where to go! Do yourself a favor and book this place with two hosts who actually take pride and clearly a lot of care so that you can take advantage of a beautiful vacation.
