About this property

Our place is a super spacious, bright, happy and very comfortable 2 bedroom / 1 bath apartment in the heart of Springdale! You will be so happy you didn't choose a cramped hotel room as soon as you walk into this place! I can't tell you how many times I've heard "wow this place is even bigger than I thought!" from our guests.
We are travelers too and very much appreciate clean, comfortable and well stocked places! So we definitely do everything we can to ensure that our guests feel at home here!
Our rental features two bedrooms each appointed with a queen size bed, always nice and clean linens and 4 pillows each bed, night stands and a chair. There is also a quaint open closet space in each room to hang your clothes and stash your bag. The sizable bathroom has a shower/bath combo and a toilet. The double sinks and mirrors are separate from it so that no one gets stuck waiting to brush their teeth before you leave for your adventure! There are nice bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, a hairdryer, toilet paper, bandaids, shampoo, conditioner and body wash all provided. We do what we can to make you feel at home and covered!
Our full kitchen keeps it simple, but we've made sure it is stocked with everything you need and nothing you don't. There is a full sized stainless refrigerator, oven and micro hood, dishwasher, dishes for 6, plenty of glasses, simple baking wares, spatulas, wine cork, knives, scissors, blender, a Keurig coffee maker and a french press (for those like me that prefer it). We stock dish cloths, towels, soaps and garbage bags. Some spices (but we keep it very basic). There is seating for 6 at the large concrete bar. Our kitchen and living room share a generously sized open room with 8 windows for you to enjoy the views of Zion!
We have newly added a queen size hide-a- bed couch to go along with our super comfy couch (oh yes, plenty of seating here). This allows for us to accommodate another 2 guests. Please let us know at time of booking if you will need the use of this so that we can leave extra sheets, pillows and towels. They are not always keep them in the apartment. There is a small extra charge for over 4 guests. Please feel free to contact Zabrina if you have questions or concerns though! We are here to help.
There are 2 smart tv's in our apartment. One in the living room and one in the 2nd bedroom. We have Directv and a DVD player and guests are welcome to log in to their Netflix, Hulu, Amazon etc. accounts on the smart tvs.
The easy to control thermostat for the heating and air conditioning is located in the hallway.
We can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in this super fun and convenient apartment.

Funky apartment, great location

The property was wonderful - spacious and with all we needed plus located in the heart of lovely Springdale. Situated across the road from a laundry - which is handy as there are no washing facilities in the apartment - you are also a stones throw away from a shuttle bus pick up and drop off. We had an issue with our toilet when we arrived an it was resolved instantly and without fuss. A little noise from upstairs residents at 3am in the morning but we soon got used to it and it didn't take away from our great stay. Thanks guys!

Great location, spacious

The location is fantastic. It's a 20-minute walk to the park entrance and there are good restaurants, coffee shops, a laundromat, gas station and grocery store right on top of you. There is a spacious full kitchen if you want to cook. We have 4 people and never felt crammed. There were a lot of thoughtful touches, plenty of living room seating, bikes for rent right outside and a shuttle stop on the street. Visit the candy shop next to the laundry mat! We could clearly hear the people upstairs, likely a family with kids, running around in the mornings, but it didn't negatively impact our stay. Even with crowds just outside our door at the bike shop, the noise didnt seem to travel into the apartment, and the solid blinds give you a sense of privacy. Host was responsive and welcoming. We would absolutely stay again.

We had an excellent stay! The owner was so helpful and attentive. Our boys used the sleeper sofa in the living room, it’s the nicest sleeper ever! So convenient to restaurants and everything you need for a great Zion visit.

Zion home base

Perfect place to stay for our family of 4 during our trip to Zion. Convenient to the shuttle so no waiting in lines to get into the park. Had more than everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place, great location, great hosts, super convenient to Zion

This is a wonderful apartment, right downtown in Springdale. Restaurants are in easy walking distance and the park shuttle is almost across the street. I've stayed in a number of vacation rentals and, in my experience, this may be the most thoughtfully designed and appointed place my family and I have stayed. The attention to detail is amazing and I'm a little surprised by how much I appreciated it! It made for a very comfortable stay. Zabrina was very communicative and helpful. Be aware that you truly are downtown; there's a bike rental business next door and the front windows look out on a parking lot and pizza restaurant. That said, the apartment was very quiet and peaceful and since we were in the park all day, being in the heart of things was all upside for us. I'd rent here again in a heartbeat.

We are a family of 4 from here in Southern Utah that love to travel and can very much appreciate the value of a super clean, well stocked and maintained vacation rental. I have been running my two rentals here in Springdale for many years now and thoroughly enjoy getting to meet so many fellow travelers and being a positive part of their experience.

Why they chose this property

Centrally located and walking distance from everything you need while staying here in the canyon, you will be so happy you chose our place for your home-base! We are only about 1 mere mile from the entrance to ZNP. The free town shuttle stop is a few second from the door. Restaurants, Shops, and so much more are 1-10 minute walks away. We take pride in keeping our place very, very clean and well updated. We are travelers too and know just how important all of the "little things" can be while away from home. We strive to ensure that our guests only need to bring their family and friends, their suitcase and the groceries (ok maybe some sunscreen). It can be challenging traveling with large groups and needing to remember to pack or purchase oh so many little items. We want to make things as easy on you as possible. As our many return guests can tell you, this is a fantastic place to stay and we are so very grateful to all that have chosen to do so! Cheers
