Sleeps 8-9. Very Spacious 3 Bedroom 2 Bath w/patio, full kitchen and living rm.

Located on the second story & was built to be my home. Every attention to detail was taken! From the oversized master bedroom to the full size kitchen with custom cabinets & concrete countertops. All 3 of our bedrooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses and pillows, ceiling fans, a sitting area and a reading lamp. There are 2 full bathrooms, each with a shower/tub. We do have a rollaway type bed available. Please request (if needed) at time of booking.

You will truly enjoy staying here! The views from this apartment cannot be beat! There is a 500sq. ft deck attached where you can sit & enjoy the canyon while you barbecue, have cocktails, or look down on Springdale to see what's happening in town!

About Josh and Zabrina VanderWerff

I moved to Springdale in 1990 with my family from Salt Lake City. It was the best thing that ever happened to me! Other than a few winters in Park City, I lived on this property from the spring of 1992 through spring 2013. In 2005 My father & I built this building in the parking lot of the old church, it currently houses Zion Cycles, Zion Mountain School, & our 2 suites. Unit 1 is a 1,000 sq. ft. 2 bedroom 1 bath, & Unit 4 is a 1,800 sq. ft. 3 bedroom 2 bath. Words can not explain how wonderful it is to live in the heart of Springdale & be able to walk everywhere you want to go! I now have a family of my own & we have out grown this building so I would like to share it with all of you...

Beautiful apartment and perfect spot for a visit to Zion!

Location couldn't be better, rented equipment for the narrows hike downstairs and shuttle stop for National Park was across the street. I would highly recommend!

Springdale gem

This apartment was perfect for our group of seven adults. The unit has plenty of room and is well equipped with nice furnishings. Restaurants and shops are a short walk away and it is easy to get to parking for the Zion shuttle. The outside patio is amazing! I have stayed in many VRBO rentals and this is one of my favorites. The owners are helpful and quick to respond.

An amazing place to stay!

We absolutely loved Josh and Zabrina's place! It had more than just the essentials - a well-stocked kitchen (lots of dishes, pots and pans, Tupperware, salt and pepper, some spices, oil and vinegar, coffee and tea, the list goes on) - super helpful for anything you may have forgotten. The apartment was very spacious and very clean. We loved being able to look through the various books about Zion and Bryce. The location is amazing- right on the shuttle line and within walking distance to all the local shops and restaurants. After a long day of hiking - we enjoyed being able to make dinner and sit outside and eat under the stars. Josh and Zabrina were very helpful and always responded quickly to any questions we had- if we ever go back to Zion - we would definitely stay here again!

Paradise in Zion

We just loved this place! The views from the deck are amazing! It was so nice to sit out there with the family and enjoy a beer or glass of wine after a gorgeous day of hiking. The apartment was exactly as pictured- spacious, well decorated, clean and updated. It is in the perfect location in Springdale with great restaurants and shops next door, the grocery store within a 5 minute walk and a 5 minute shuttle ride to the park. The gear shop below was so convenient to rent equipment from for the Narrows hike and 2 of our boys did a canyoneering tour with them. We hit a home run renting this place. A big thank you to Zabrina for answering all my questions beforehand!
