Sleeps 8-9. Very Spacious 3 Bedroom 2 Bath w/patio, full kitchen and living rm.

Looking for a real "home, away from home"? This is the spot! We make sure that we do not resemble a sterile hotel room. Located on the second story, this was built to be my home. Every attention to detail was taken. From the oversized master bedroom to the full size kitchen with custom cabinets & concrete countertops. All 3 of our bedrooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses and pillows, ceiling fans, a sitting area and a reading lamp. There are 2 full bathrooms, each with a shower/tub combo. We do have a rollaway type bed available. Please request (if needed) at time of booking.

You will truly enjoy staying here! The views from this apartment cannot be beat! There is a 500sq. ft deck attached where you can sit & enjoy the canyon while you barbecue, have cocktails, or look down on Springdale to see what's happening in town!

About Josh and Zabrina VanderWerff

I moved to Springdale in 1990 with my family from Salt Lake City. It was the best thing that ever happened to me! Other than a few winters in Park City, I lived on this property from the spring of 1992 through spring 2013. In 2005 My father & I built this building in the parking lot of the old church, it currently houses Zion Cycles, Zion Mountain School, & our 2 suites. Unit 1 is a 1,000 sq. ft. 2 bedroom 1 bath, & Unit 4 is a 1,800 sq. ft. 3 bedroom 2 bath. Words can not explain how wonderful it is to live in the heart of Springdale & be able to walk everywhere you want to go! I now have a family of my own & we have out grown this building so I would like to share it with all of you...

Wonderful vacation here

This place was just perfect for our large family. We had such a nice time visiting Zion and this condo was the perfect base. We were 4 adults and 4 small children. It was so nice to be in one house together instead of in a hotel in separate rooms, etc. Everything was very clean, comfortable, quality linens, etc. and fully stocked kitchen for cooking. The place is right in town for easy walking to dinner and it is close to the entrance to Zion. Many thanks to the owners for hosting such a nice place.

Beautiful, well appointed home

My family and I (5 adults altogether) spent 6 nights here in Nov '17 and we were completely awed by this house. It is large, comfortable and very well equipped. The kitchen is large and has every appliance, dish, or cooking utensil you could need for family meals. The living space is comfortable and welcoming for family gatherings. Additionally the house is centrally located in Springdale and we could easily walk to many local shops and restaurants.

Finally our host was very attentive and gracious even checking on us mid week to ensure that everything was going good. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone and if I'm ever back with all of my family will definitely stay here again.

Oh, almost forgot to mention that the views from every room in this house are just MAGNIFICENT !!

The apartment was perfect for our party of five adults who's goal was hiking and exploring Zion.

This apartment is in the perfect location for exploring Zion, the park entrance is an easy 1 mile drve. The view from the back porch was amazing, pictures don't do it justice. The apartment was spacious and accommodated our party of five adults very well. Zabrina and Josh were wonderful hosts!

Clean and comfortable!

Aloha suites was wonderful! It was perfect for the 6 of us and could have easily slept 8. The place was clean, had everything we needed, and the views were amazing! It’s close to everything and the free shuttle was helpful! We love Zion and would return again!
