Great Location and Swimming

We loved our stay and how close the store and good food was. Easy check in and out. If you are renting the pontoon and want to swim, make sure there is a ladder (which was missing for us), but other than that the rental was what it promised to be.

Family get away

Jim was amazing to work with and I would definitely stay at his house again!!! The kitchen was fully stocked which is always a plus for a small family. The furniture was in excellent condition and very comfortable to relax on after a long day. The beach area, chairs and fire place were perfect!! The kids absolutely loved fishing, kayaking, paddling and swimming.

Perfect spot

The location combined with all the amenities of this home made our stay perfect. We loved having so much to do on the lake with the paddle boats and kayaks and private beach. Being close to downtown traverse was a plus as well. We had a wonderful stay and nothing but positive interactions with our host, Jim.

Worked great for us

This was a great location for while we were there for a softball tournament and very easy to get to downtown TC. Kids had a lot of fun playing on the dock and swimming. Plenty of room for all of us to sleep and living room spaces.

Family Lake Vacation

The home has recently been upgraded, having never stayed here before I don't know what the furnishings were like before. We appreciated the fact that the furniture and decor was up to date and new. The floorpan is great for families traveling together, there is enough space for everyone to have some privacy. We enjoyed the kayak's, dock, swim platform, gas grill and fire pit. This property could be a 5 star once the kitchen (new appliances, dishes, silverware, glassware & cookware would be great)and deck (should be stripped and refinished, screws are pulling up, I suggest wearing flip flops outside) are updated. The location is close to a grocery store which proved to be helpful, we had dinner at Peegeo's around the corner the night before we left and had a great time. Thank you for letting us create a family vacation memory at your lake home. Jim, the host is very helpful and friendly which we appreciated.
