The house have a very big private parking!! Easily for 5 cars. Great for rv, boats or big trucks!!

The place is super clean And very comfortable for a long stay. This house has a great kitchen and lots of space for everyone to make themselves comfortable!

kitchen nicely loaded with everything you need to cook, bake and enjoy a nice dinner with your friends and family .
The yard has a BBQ , and a fence for enjoyment and privacy
Outdoor table can welcome 6 guests + 2 more Garden chairs.

We provide towels +towels for the pool.
We have 60' tv with a lot of channels.

We will always be there for you if you need our recommendation during your stay.

General check-in is after 3pm but we are flexible if the house available. Just let us know in advance. Check-out is at 11am to allow cleaning for next guest but we are flexible most of the time if you ask in advance.

The Property has security cameras placed in the front area, and in the back pool area. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons for everyone safety and security. In no way this infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

Also, there are noiseaware installed in the back of the property in placed to inform use of any overly loud noises that would disrupt of neighbors.

Perfect for staying in Vegas on a budget with kids

My family and I stayed here with 2 children under 2. The listing is very accurate. We loved how close it was to the Palace Station casino (3 minute walk). It was a new place for us to discover as we were visiting while on a budget for a cheer competition. There were a few places to eat within walking distance as well (5 to 10 min walks) - McDonald's, Denny's, Mexican restaurant [not good], breakfast spots, etc. This was a pleasant surprise. The back door does not lock so there is a make-shift pole used to block any intruders from entering. Unfortunately, it was raining during the trip so we couldn't enjoy the pool or outside area. Some things are a bit smaller than the pictures show (pool table is mini, arcade game is mini, outside seating area is on the shorter/narrower side, one of the beds is really low to the ground). However, it fit all of our needs and communication from the owner was good. Plus, there was an easy-build crib for one of the little ones. We would stay here again!

Great for a family trip

Everybody had a great time at the home. Definitely a must stay when In Vegas. Family mentioned it had a very homelike feeling you do not get at a hotel. Prompt responses from Valerie. Great communication!

Great place

This house is a great place to stay while in Vegas. It was nice to be able to get away from the craziness of the strip and to some quiet. It was extremely accurate to the listings pictures and descriptions. Would definitely stay there again.
