This newly constructed private studio in the heart of Werri Beach is perfect for couples looking to experience the South Coast. The studio is attached to the main house, however, it has a separate entry and guests will be given absolute privacy during their stay.

The studio contains a queen bed, 2-seater lounge, TV, ensuite bathroom, wardrobe and kitchenette.

Great neat and tidy property - like new. Great location.

Only stayed two nights out of the 4 booked due to family reasons. It was a shame as it was a top place to stay.

Comfortable and clean

We had a very pleasant stay in this large studio apartment. It was modern, super clean and had all the little extras to make it comfortable eg shampoo, toilet paper, tea/coffee, milk, chocolates and even cereal. Communication was prompt and clear. Location great as a base for exploring the local area with easy access to eating venues. I recommend.
