this house is not in golf del sur nor in amarilla golf, no garage it is 5 miles away from golf del sur. the house have a big living room with panoramic, TV 42 inches, and WIFI, INTERNET and big sofa you can do a bed for 2 people, have a big door to the terrace 59 mts2 with a barbecue a big space you can take the sun all year, then the kitchen is all fitted with all you need to cook and a large table, on the top floor there are 3 bedrooms, the principal one have a double bed and one bathroom, and the other two bedrooms have two single bed each, and one bathroom for both rooms, the whole house is in a residential place and you can get all good you need easy. in less than 5 kilometers is the motorway TF1, easy to go to the rest of the island. there are some supermarket around ( mercadona, lidl, hiperdino, just down the road ), restaurants, mcdonal, shopping center, the complex not has swimming pool, you need car to go to the beach.

Facilities and location: We have a beautifull house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, terrace with barbecue, the house is located in one of the privileges of the municipality of San Miguel (llano del Camello, Las Chafiras) in tourist areas such as Amarilla Golf and Golf in the South, and near the beaches like El Medano and Tejita, and only ten minutes from the popular beaches of Cristianos and Playa de las Americas, in the vicinity of the house has full facilities with restaurants, bars, pharmacy, markets, McDonald, etc. internet connection. You need car to go to the beach, not swimming pool in the complex. the beach is 5 kilometer away. you have 10 minutes by car the atraction like siam park, jungle park, aqualand, spas, golf clubs, etc. no nnoise from the planes.

Useful: the house is ideal for large families or many members as 8 people, consists of a double-bed room with private bathroom, two bedroom with twin beds each with a fairly large dining room, bathroom, large terrace with BBQ, large kitchen with laundry , private entrance.

residential complex with children's playground, large spaces for children's fun, very quiet area 15 minutes drive from the tourist centre, ideal for relaxing in a wonderful holiday, overlooking the Tide and the sea.

San Miguel de Abona.

Located: San Miguel de Abona is a small town south of the island of Tenerife, with major tourist attractions and beaches, marinas, you can also enjoy the surroundings and the beach of cookies.

the bus service is permanent.

Playa de Las Ameriacas is 12 kilometres. ferry to La Gomera in Los Cristianos is at 11 kilometres. Santa Cruz is in 50 kilometres, Puerto de La Cruz in 90 kilometres.

You have all the facilities of a proper house, and whatever you need the land low is in contact, if you want to go to the sea (beach) you need a car, or is near everywhere but you need a car, not swimming pool in the complex, nor in the house. you dont hear planes noise,

Whilst the accommodation is not perfect, things need to be updated. The price for the house is good value for the money as long as you're not expecting 5* rating. South facing garden is a plus point with plenty of seating. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need. Enjoyed our stay suited our needs.

Well situated for access to Tenerife South

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Juan's house .When we arrived the car hire people took an age trying to sell us add-ons and then told us that the car would be 20 minutes before it was ready.I rang Juan to tell him we would be delayed . After 20 minutes someone turned up with the car but with different paperwork to our car so we had to wait another 30 minutes before the car was ready , during this time I asked them to confirm that the car had a satnav which they did but it hadn't so I tried to use Google maps but couldn't get a wifi signal on my phone . Luckily I knew roughly where the house is so I drove there and Juan was waiting at the end of the street so he must have been waiting there the whole time. The house is on a very well lit quiet estate about half a mile from the motorway so is handy to get anywhere in tenerife South .. The previous reviewer mentioned dogs barking , there are plenty of dogs on the estate but apart from the occassional bark we didn't notice them , he also complained about the steps , this is just a normal staircase that you would find in any house. The rear garden is secluded with High walls around and is ideal for sun worshippers. When reviewing the house I believe you have to take account of the price and although we have stayed in better appointed properties they have all been much more expensive than this one . If you like to eat out at night I can Reccommend the Shan Oriental restaurant which is just the other side of the motorway . To sum up we had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and I'm sure that Juan would have done everything he could to put any problems right had they arisen but we didn't have any problems.

Avoid to stay at this old smelly terrace house..

This guy Juan who was supposed to meet us at the road address as he had pointed in print screen map in his messages but he did not showed up and he offs his mobile when we tried to call and message him.For 1 hour we drove along the road that we are supposed to meet him.Earlier we did asked him the house address but he did not gave us and he kepts sending us only the map without a full address.The house has an address and a block number as well but he did not gave us!!! Do ask him what block number and house number if you ever rent this place..dont waste your time walking or driving the blocks areas...!! We met a guy who was beside the road and finally he took us to the house and Juan was sleeping there when we came!!!!He was shocked to see us how we found his place.We thought this was a scam as noone turns up on time on the road to give us the keys .After listening to all Juan excuses...when we were there first day there is no hot water, bulbs goes out, broken toilet pump not repaired.So when you need to call Juan during your stay there ,he then become a helpfull and nice person to go and repair within 5 mins ....Wondering why he cant make sure all worked well inside before he rent it...The hot water uses gas bottle and did not heated enough water in showers and at times really hot water and when you mix with cold water ...the hot water just did not came enough.House is ok but very smelly inside the living areas.You are in housing area with nothing at all around you.The walls are thin that you can listen all what happens next door.The one side of neighbour fought badly, big noises heard and you could hear all what happen.Very scary place to be when you hear a guy gets beaten up and crying and begging next door. We felt helpless as well...

If you can find a better place to rent please go elsewhere.If you are on holidays you should not be worrying about safety all the time and worrying something like no hot waters,noisy neighbours and dogs barking most of the time.This double terrace house you need to go up and down many stairs as toilets and rooms are upstairs.Not for elderly and small kids.

A comfortable well equipt house, near the airport, in a good position if you have a car.

This house has everything you need to have a nice holiday providing you are not looking for luxury, it has a well equipt kitchen large lounge with LCD TV,DVD player, European satellite TV which gets SKY/BBC world news etc in English, WI-FI is also included and was fast enough for internet TV. There is a tiled rear garden which get the sun for most of the day and has a brick built charcoal BBQ.The front garden has a full height locking gate and is tiled. Upstairs are 3 reasonable sized bedrooms with comfy beds, a main family shower room and an en suite to the master bedroom which has a double bed. If you are looking for luxury and up to date furniture and fittings this will not be for you as it could easily be said that it needs updating. All that said you get a lot for your money and we would far prefer this to an immaculate small 1 bed studio/ apartment for similar money. We would recommend it and would not hesitate to rent it again. The Landlord is friendly and speaks good English as he has previously lived in England. My one tip is. On arrival look out for the landlord waiting on the pavement rather that trying to find the actual house as where your Sat-nav probably wants to take you is on a one way street and it is not obvious at first how to get to it.

Fabulous, convenient place for a great holiday.

Booked this for a week in February 2015. It is perfect for anyone wishing to stay in a convenient location to explore Tenerife. Only ten minutes from the Southern airport , a few minutes to the motorway, very handy to local supermarkets & services. and only a few miles from Los Abrigos, El Medano for beaches & restaurants if that's your thing. You can get to the Ferry in Los Cristianos in 35 minutes if you are planning a trip to La Gomera. It is situated in a local housing estate, which is very pleasant, quiet, safe and has ample parking. The property is huge, very well equipped with absolutely everything you need and the WiFi is excellent. There is a small garden patio facing south which gets full sun, and it is in the sunnier part of the Island so is good even in winter when the weather can be unpredictable & cold further north. It is a superb base for the discerning, self catering, independent traveler that wants to see the real Tenerife away from the bars, sunbeds and tack in the awful resorts! The owner Juan, is very friendly, helpful and great to deal with. He speaks good English too. I was so happy here i booked another couple of weeks later in the month! ...and will be returning next winter for sure.
