Lovely historic home

  • 5 of 5

We were a group of 3 families and this home was large and comfortable for all of us to have our own space. It was sparkling clean and the beds were so cozy! Mary was easy to communicate with and accomodating. We would love to come back next year! Fort Davis was a great addition to our Big Bend trip.

Great place for families

  • 5 of 5

Two families shared this great home, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was open, bright and well-stocked. The kids loved climbing on the volcanic boulders in the yard. We'd love to come back!

Great place

  • 5 of 5

This is our second time to stay in the house. It's a wonderful place to stay in Fort Davis. Our favorite part of the house is the front porch where the whole family can sit and talk. I'm sure we'll be staying there again soon.

I did not expect this house to be as beautiful as it was. Everything was provided for us so that he had q comfortable stay. It's the perfect place to get away with your significant other and relax. The bathroom in suite 3 is to die for. We will be coming back for sure..:)

Beautiful and comfortable

  • 5 of 5

Pictures do not do this lovely house justice! Staying here was like stepping back in time, but with modern creature comforts. We really enjoyed the beautiful, bright kitchen, the shady porch that was cool and pleasant even in the middle of a July afternoon, and the natural scenery that surrounds the home. Mary could not have been a better hostess; she answered emails and phone calls immediately, and was waiting on us upon our arrival. Excellent experience!
