Located on the top floor of a 1903 duplex in the heart of HOMA, this place is fully equipped with HIGH-SPEED INTERNET, TV w/ APPLE TV and NETFLIX and it has recently been renovated to accommodate four guests.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances & coffee machine. The living room has a brand new super comfy couch (SOFA-BED), which turns into a QUEEN-SIZE bed with good quality mattress for additional guests. There is lots of natural light coming in, and a wall-mounted TV. The master bedroom features a comfy double bed with plenty of space for your luggage. The bathroom has a bath and shower, and the toilet is separate in another small room (Paris style). There's also a dining room and exterior table to enjoy your meals in good company inside or outside. The place is on the second floor with no one above, and there is a flight of stairs to go up to access.
This pad is located in a trendy, up-and-coming neighbourhood. This may not be Montreal's traditional tourist neighbourhood (although the OLYMPIC STADIUM, BOTANICAL GARDEN, BIODOME and PARC MAISONNEUVE are within walking distance), but if you're in the mood for exploring a fascinating part of Montreal, you'll be charmed. All along Ontario Street, hip restaurants, bars and coffee shops compete for fame in the new HoMa district.
Within walking distance, you'll find all kinds of coffee shops, restaurants and stores, including a METRO RICHELIEU GROCERY STORE three blocks away and LE MARCHÉ MAISONNEUVE where you can buy fresh local fruits and vegetables, homemade bread, fresh fish and organic goods to cook yourself a gourmet meal.
