Inside, the living space is all one floor, offering a kitchen, dining/living area, 3 bedrooms, a laundry area and a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The first bedroom offers one queen bed, while the other two bedrooms each have two twin beds. Near Perfect Cape Cottage Experience

We loved this property and location! My family was looking for a classic Cape Cod cottage experience for a couple nights, ahead of a larger family get together for an event (for which we moved to a larger house). We loved the location and setting of this house. We also loved the layout and the fact that it had a cozy, classic cottage feel while also feeling clean and fresh and updated. The decor was lovely and the house and property felt safe for our curious and adventurous preschooler. We especially loved the eat in kitchen, the screened porch, the spacious outdoor shower, the comfortable beds, all the adorable art, and the super convenient in unit washer and dryer. Would definitely consider returning. Thank you!

Great Location

We were a family of 5, with three pre-teens. The house was small, but manageable for a week especially as we were at the beach most of the time. The house was spotless and a short walk to the beach, which was great! It was also wonderful not to have to bring bath towels and bed linens. The house is a lot smaller than it appears - we had to pull a dining chair into the small living room for all 5 of us to sit comfortably. If you have younger kids it would be easier, but older kids seem to take up a *lot* more space, haha! The dining nook was a good spot for breakfast and board games on the inevitable rainy day, and the screened in porch was lovely, although once again very small. The outdoor shower is very inconveniently located and also very visible from houses nearby, which was a little disconcerting. Written instructions for the Roku would be extremely helpful - there was a definite learning curve and we had to download apps to see live TV. We would definitely stay with Del-Mar again, as a group they were great to rent from and very prompt with enquiries!

No Frills but sound rental

Close to everything, affordable. Property Management is responsive and knowledgeable. A little small..especially if you’re having more than 2 adults. The pathway to get to the house is down a little hill...with parking above, which could be tricky for older folks. But it’s cozy. Overall a great spot.

Great location small cottage

The ac works perfectly. The bedrooms were great. The kitchen doesn’t haven’t any counter space. The cottage was clean upon arrival but the coffee maker didn’t make a pot of coffee the first morning. Del Mar Mgmt was quick to replace it. The outdoor shower is right next to the garbage and kind of in an awkward spot at the rear of the property. Property is on a steep incline that doesn’t quite show in the photos. Great location to chatham beaches and food. Harwichport close by too. We had a great time in Chatham. The roku was a learning experience but liked it overall. Thanks Del Mar we may upgrade properties next year and would love to work with someone so give us a ring. Thanks! Alex and Lexi
