Bella Vista Solvang Retreat is a place to relax and take in all the beauty of the Santa Ynez Valley. This 3000 square foot, four bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home is a hidden gem on five acres overlooking the Santa Ynez Valley. Take in the gorgeous sunset while sipping wine (a complimentary bottle awaits you!) on adirondack chairs overlooking the view. You just can't beat the serenity you will find at this lovely home and the short access to some of the Best Vineyards in California.

Bella Vista has the perfect set-up for wine country getaways, cycling trips, and family gatherings with it's large living room, dining room, and four spacious bedrooms. Step down into the dining room featuring pub tables, a pool table, and a dining table to seat 8. Enjoy cooking amazing meals together in our kitchen which is fully equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, walk in pantry, single oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes and silverware. There are both a kitchen table and breakfast bar to accommodate meals while looking at the views through the large windows.
On the patio there is a gas barbecue, dining table and a fire pit.

You can also take a dip in our salt water pool, enjoy the hot tub or relax in our adirondack chairs while sitting around the gas fire pit.
The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable new king size bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, double sinks, and walk-in closet, open beam ceiling, romantic fireplace, smart tv, and French doors that lead out to it's own private area with access to the pool.
There are three spacious bedrooms with new comfortable queen size beds, smart tv's, and access to 3 bathrooms.
Wi-Fi is available 24/7.

Great stay in wine country

We stayed at the property with two other couples and loved it. Both the inside and outside spaces are terrific and we loved the Adirondack chairs and views. There is lots of space to hang out, eat and cook inside. Would happily go back.

Girls Get-Away

What a fabulous home!! The surrounding property and view was absolutely stunning. The home was super clean, very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We loved spending time in the yard, enjoyed dinner on the patio and spent time around the fire pit. The pool and jacuzzi were super clean and very refreshing. Overall the property and home were very well maintained and the location to all the surrounding towns and wineries was perfect. The owner was really easy to work with and very communicative as well. I can't say enough great things about this home and surrounding property and I would highly recommend a stay. I hope to bring my family back in the future.

Lovely property

We had a wonderful time. The property itself was awesome with the views and peacefulness. We did have a couple issues with hot water in the kitchen, and the spa was not up to par, but we communicated with the host and she assured us everything was taken care of after our stay. Terrific location in beautiful Santa Ynez.

Weekend getaway

This place was wonderful! We come up to the Santa Ynez area frequently and this was hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful house with a spectacularly relaxing view. Great pool and hot tub. Beds were super comfy and lots of space to hang out with good friends. We actually only went to two wineries as we wanted to hang out at the place and enjoy some the view with wine there. The only thing that would have made it better was a dishwasher that worked better and some more kitchen amenities. Nonetheless, we made breakfast there out of choice. We are planing to make this an annual trip we all liked it so much.
