If you are looking for a quiet place, private and secured this is your best option. The condo is on the ground floor, well lighted and ventilated. It is brand new and located in a building with 4 pools, one of them is for kids, gym, sport bar and great outdoor areas. It is fully-equipped, just pack your clothing and we will provide everything else.

You will get to relax because it is located in a quiet place but still at walking distance from the mall (plaza las Américas) Walmart 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes drive from the beach and the famous 5th avenue with its restaurants bars and nightlife.

Wonderful condo. The grounds are clean and the pools are fantastic. Even outdoor BBQ pits which is a nice way to spend an evening. The 3 bedroom condo unit was clean and spacious. Once we found a forum to communicate the owner was very responsive to any questions. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great vacation!

Josué was terrific! Very responsive to our needs. We felt safe at all times staying at the apartment. We enjoyed the pools and the grounds were always cleaned and beautiful. The beach and local shops were very close. A very nice, quiet place to relax and enjoy. We truly are thankful to Josué for his hospitality and suggesting amazing restaurants to try. Would certainly book again.

Enjoyable Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this residential apartment complex. Josue was very responsive to any needs we had and in all our communications relating to this stay. The apartment was roomy, clean and comfortable. The apartment pools and grounds were well maintained and enjoyable. We always felt safe in the area and the security personnel were very accommodating as well. We would definitely stay again. It is far enough away from the city center that it is very quiet and relaxing which was great. It did mean we had to take taxis to stores and restaurants but they are so affordable it isn't a big deal. We also rented a car for part of our stay and that helped. Overall a great stay and awesome owner!

Beautiful residential area of Playa del Carmen away from the tourists

Enjoyed our walks to authentic Mexican restaurants in the residential area of Playa del carmen. 20 min walk to mall, Walmart or other restaurants frequented by the locals. Josue is a fabulous owner who we spent lots of time with. Anything we needed he was there for us.
