Nice home and owner

Loved the house very roomy and clean in a decent location . Pool is bigger than looks in picture . Owner very responsive and friendly. House was a bit warmer than we are used to coming from Ohio ended up grabbing a fan but all in all very nice house we would stay again .

Easter in Florida

The property was very clean, but there were a lot of cosmetic issues. These included peeling paint, cracked floor tiles, collapsing fence in the back yard, missing vertical blinds, and non-functioning overhead fans and lights. We were only there for a few days in the spring, so these were OK for us, but if someone is there when it is hotter or for a longer period of time there could be an issue. The pictures online are definitely outdated, and were probably taken when the house first became a rental property.

got exactly what we paid for

After an absolutely horrible travel experience getting there, it was nice to see that the house we rented was clean and comfortable. Pool heat worked well, so the water was very enjoyable. The neighborhood was okay but was nice and close to stores and restaurants. You can spend more money on bigger houses with game rooms, bigger pools with hot tubs in nicer neighborhoods, but for the price, his house was great for my wife and I to get out of the cold weather, get outside for a few days and relax in and by the pool.

Family Stay

The property is dated but sufficient for the price. If you have small kids they will love all the Disney paraphernalia but is a little overdone for adults. The property management was AMAZING. We had a few issues and they took care of them the same day. Then they check back with you later to see if everything was taken care of. When they say they want to know if you have any issues they mean it. Most places give a lot of lip service but not these guys.

Family visit

We love that the house had a Disney theme throughout. The fenced yard was a plus. It was nice to come back to a quiet neighborhood after spending time at Disney. Chad was extremely helpful and responded to any questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

We are Disney Fanatics and decided to purchase this beautiful home to spend more time at our favorite destination. We also know that Disney World is expensive and wanted to provide a cost effective housing alternative to those that might not be able to come to Disney otherwise.

What makes this property unique

We chose this property due to its close proximity to the Walt Disney World Resort and other area theme parks. There is a Super Wal-Mart within walking distance and many top restuarants only 1 mile away.
