Being always on the road for work, I appreciate the comfort of Boutique Hotels which make my stay comfortable and relaxing. I recreated this feeling in my spacious and luxurious Park City corner condo, knowing you will enjoy it.

Pamper yourself and relax in front of a gas fireplace. Listen to music or watch your favorite show or movie on a new HD-3D flat screen TV with surround sound system, an AppleTV box and a secure High Speed Wireless Internet access. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV with DVD player (cable access in the master bedroom).

A 10 foot high ceiling with wall to wall windows will provide you with lots of sunlight. During the summer, the sun will be present through the windows early in the morning and late in the evening, but not during the day. This will keep the unit cool and fresh during the hot summer days.

In both bedrooms, you will find a queen size bed with plush pillows, Euro Top style mattress, luxury quality bedding and linen. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with double sink and a deep soaking tub with shower. The bathroom is accessible by passing through a spacious walk-in closet.

Hair dryer, iron and board, full size washer and dryer are there for your convenience.

No matter if you decide to cook or to order take-out in one of the 20+ restaurants nearby, our kitchen is fully equipped with chef-grade cookware, gas cook-top, high quality silverware and dinningware including crystal wine glasses, wine decanter and French Layolle steak knives. A water-softener, fridge with integrated ice machine, Keurig coffee machine, regular coffee machine, crockpot, rice cooker, wok, are some of the equipment included in our kitchen.

Step out onto the large covered deck to sit down and admire the views, or just cook out on our BBQ gas grill, all surrounded by trees and bushes for your privacy.

Each unit has an assigned parking space in the underground heated enclosed garage. Unassigned covered parking space is also available outside. For your security, the building has a secured access entry code.

An elevator will give you access to the condo, so there is no stairs to climb. The condo is at the end of the hallway for more privacy. You won't hear people getting in and out of the elevator.

The ClubHouse provides you with a nicely equipped gym (bike, treadmill, stairsmaster, weight-station) a foyer with a kitchen, an outside swimming pool and jaccuzzi accessible all year round, from which you will be admiring the mountains and the Olympic Park in the back-ground. If you prefer, hiking and biking paths feeding into Park City's award winning system of trails, are located right outside the back door.

Our condo is located in the Crestview complex, adjacent to the Olympic park, just a quick drive to three World Class ski resorts (Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort and The Canyons), and a 30-44 min drive to other ski resorts (Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, Sundance and Brighton). The SLC airport is 30 min away.

For your shopping experience, the Tanger Outlet is located just across the street from the condo unit. Both the Redstone and NewPark district are just down the street. For the grocery, Whole Foods & Smiths Grocery offer both prepared goodies to go. Downtown Main Street in Park City is just a ten minute drive.

About Louise

Welcome to my paradise in Park City.

Being an alpine ski enthusiast, having my own place in the powder paradise of Utah, was an objective for me. The dream is now reality.

I work fulltime as a veterinarian in the Agriculture Business, on the East Coast. During the winter, I also teach alpine ski to advance skiers. My kids are all grown up now and live on their own. So during the summer, I have time to golf and enjoy outside activities.

I took great care to equip my condo with high end product for my pleasure as well as for yours.

Until I retire to Park City, my condo can be rented between my stays.

Louise's condo is very lovely and conversing with her was a pleasure. Directions from Salt Lake City were accurate and simple as were instructions on how to enter the residential complex, building and unit. Louise was very helpful when asking her advice on transportation and shopping for supplies. The location was most perfect for our visit to Park City as we were experiencing the Sundance Film Festival. Even though we were on the outskirts of the festival venues, the travel time was short and the roadways were very accessible. The condo complex has a paved walking path behind the buildings which offers a beautiful view and exercise and there are plenty of stores nearby for shopping (food and clothing). The condo is decorated nicely, the kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable.

My friend and I had a week long girl’s getaway in Park City for the Sundance Film Festival. The condo was wonderful. The owner stocked the house with lots of nice touches like soft bathrobes and slippers - a DVD player and two different kinds of coffee makers. The property is a short walk to the Tanger Outlets and to a bus stop. The buses in Park City are free and easy to figure out. I will definitely stay here again.

Very nice, clean, well equipped and convenient location.

The condo is very clean, good quality bed sheets, lots of additional blankets. Well equipped, dishwasher liquid, garbage bags, paper towels provided which you so seldom find in condo/house rentals. Conveniently located, close to Park City slopes about 10 min car ride ( free parking) by the sloes. No close by shuttle by the condo as far as we could see. Walking distance to the outlet mall. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants in the area. Definitely recommend this place !!!

Worked well for our first ski trip to Park City

The condo itself was very well maintained and clean. It was nicely decorated. The pictures represented the place accurately.

It you are looking to be involved with the activities of the town of Park City, this is bit out of the way. However, it is close to shopping and restaurants near the highway.

Lovely place to stay!

The condo was exactly as promised, very pleasant! Well equipped kitchen, excellent beds, a nice situation for two couples. Louise provides extremely detailed instructions, making it easy to find everything. The hot tub was immaculate and nice and hot. Note that the pool is seasonal.
